Does he mean he does a workout from the ideal routine once every 7 to 9 days ? Like workout 1 chest back, 2 legs, 3 shoulders + arms and 4 Legs again.

Hey Anthony, here is a written example of what John mentioned: Chest/Back on Monday Legs on Friday Shoulder/Arms on Tuesday Legs on Saturday Chest/Back on Wednesday Legs on Sunday so on and so forth, so John would train once every 96 hours (give or take a few hours depending on the time of day he trained/trains)

All the guys who do belt squats are barbell squats, all look OUT OF PROPORTION AND SYMMETRY to their calves, and upper body.

Nah you can on a bulk I did 500 at 240lbs and could have been more in middle of workout too second exercise . I doubt it looking jacked . Maybe he used responsibly . We will see how long he lives
