It is great to see your training keeps progressing along. If you have some rough training days just know that all your followers and everyone you have ever trained around believes in you. No matter how far you throw you can't fail us or yourself. The fact you are training your ass off and have returned to the ring is inspiring! Keep it up John!

John Bowman - Going through the day to day grind can wear a person down mentally to a point where a person might question themselves if it is worth it. Don't become jaded by the process even on those consecutive days where training feels like a struggle. You have a very uncommon athletic ability and an even more uncommon work ethic. One of these days I will get back to Indiana and we will train together again!

Thanks for the video...sadly, I strained the right deltoid with overhead pulls... we throw because we want to...our passion and our journey... grip it and rip it, long, smooth, in the middle.

Hey John! love your videos dude they are great, and I think u are a great thrower. One thing I noticed was how low your right arm is coming out of the back and how you tuck in your left arm in the middle I think this would help your technique if the right arm comes up higher and longer in the middle. thats just my personal opinion. God bless
