People are forgetting this past MXGP season after Jeffery was comfortable again after recovering from the injury the year prior he waa showing he was in a different league second half of this past MXGP multiple times he caught up and past Prado and won. That one race he was 15seconds behind and caught up and past them all. Totally crushed everyone at Lomell
@Manji.F3218 күн бұрын
Can’t forget that race a couple years ago when he got landed on, broke his shoulder, and still won the race. When he’s on it there’s no one like him to ever touch a dirt bike

This kid has an awesome personality. Going to enjoy watching him this year. You can tell he has been working on his English too watch out for this one next year. He might surprise us all
@arthurcardoosoАй бұрын
Yeah it’s very hard for someone outside from English countries to speak English.. he is from Spain, I’m from Brazil, our language is similar and I can tell you, English it’s very difficult for us, he’s working on for sure

2018 Herlings smokes every body in their prime. He’s a spent force sure but back then, just unreal
@LombardiaBergamoАй бұрын
Herlings is probably the most dominant MX rider I have ever seen with such speed, his nickname "the bullet" was not usurped and even if the injuries and the announcement of his retirement at the end of his contract with KTM approach it will have been a pleasure to see him ride! breaking the old record held by Everts for all these years was incredible
@jordanleigh8119Ай бұрын
I thought he said the contract may be his last. Not definitely his last
@LombardiaBergamoАй бұрын
@@jordanleigh8119 In his last interview, he said that he was questioning himself and that this would probably be his last contract, because with the injuries his body had suffered too much, but it's not yet certain.

I think Prado is kidding himself a little with Herlings and lappers, he got fucked with a lot of lappers. But in the sand Jeffrey was simply just better than everyone. I was at Lommel, Herlings was an animal, Prado didn’t loose seconds in laps because of lappers, he lost it because Herling was riding insane
@PPaidinfullАй бұрын
herlings crashed with a lapper also first moto😅

@ I know it happened right in front of me
@EnvygraphyАй бұрын
Yeah, Herlings was insane in Lommel. Insane how he closed that gap. Prado is being in denial.
@gildo101rossiАй бұрын
@@Envygraphy he was so far back & me and my mate felt with how good Prado is in the sand that Herlings wasn’t gonna close the gap, then he just was closing down lap after lap. Witnessing that in person I’ll never forget
@wernerxldataАй бұрын
And he’s not riding Lommel that much in his practice sessions. He attacks sand tracks, he’s proactive where others are reactive.
@TheRealSuzuki6Ай бұрын
Prado needs to watch Lierop 2012. Herlings is just a ton faster then anyone in the sand ever. Has nothing to do with lappers.
@EnvygraphyАй бұрын
Prado could just watch Lommel this year. Herlings obliterated him there. And it wasn't because of lappers.
@wernerxldataАй бұрын
Was there in Lierop, no one was in the same league
@coltoncarpenter3790Ай бұрын
What he's trying to say is momentum. Carry it in sand carry it through lappers, anticipate and commit.
@wernerxldataАй бұрын
Jeffrey is able to create lines anywhere on the track and commit to them
@7seven1onevlogging26Ай бұрын
it does have something to do with lappers : ) but its hard to imagine if you are not the guy that has do deal with the lappers

Didn't know much of Jorge until recently, but he seems way ahead of most riders in terms of raw intelligence. The way he expresses himself in his secondary language is very impressive. I'll be sure to follow him closely in the US. Also great interview!

Prado almost gave Herlings a compliment there. I watched the race in Lommel this year - Herlings was in a different league on the track. Prado shouldn’t have made that comment about being the ‘sand-man’ - Jeffrey is definitely the king of sand.

Yeah, lets be honest here. Herlings is past his prime right now and is nowhere near the same guy in 2016 - 2017. He's older now and has had a lot of injuries. I also think his desire for hanging it out has gone down a lot. I think he's probably riding that lil blonde honey of his more than his 450 right now, and who can blame him? But the Herlings from 2016 - 2017 would wreck all of these current guys!

No this is not True , herlings is slower than 5 years ago , that’s not a shame that’s the age that’s counting and herlings is not a very technical rider , he burns his body out year after year . The herlings in his prime time nobody was faster .
