Tap in with us for a 30 minute FULL BODY dumbbell workout that will challenge your overall strength and conditioning! Enjoy this NO REPEAT format that will target every muscle group in your body. Depending on your goals, this is a great workout for building strength, losing body fat, improving endurance and more. This routine is more suitable for advanced levels, however, we can provide you with modifications in the comments if you want to give it a shot. We recommend doing a workout like this at least 2 times per week to see consistent improvements. All you need is a light to moderate weight pair of dumbbells and a soft surface. After doing this video 3-5 days a week for 1 month I am visibly slimmer, have lost 5 lb, gained significant flexibility, and graduated from 10 lb to 15 lb dumbbells. I love you Juice&Toya!!

I am the same way at 33. I feel like in my early 20’s or late teens again. Keeping up now before it’s too late. Especially with those younger than me and most of my family having health and physical problems too. Some even look and feel older than me too. Life isn’t a competition though but its what I do best for myself

I agree. Unlike the others, I like softer music like this especially when there are weights involved. When there is upbeat music I feel like it makes me feel too pressured and can't focus on my form, etc.

I just subscribed after this workout. This was just what I needed. Thank you for posting these workouts online and making them practical. I love the layout of your videos too. The counter in the corner. The breakdown of the routine in the video in the beginning and a slide in the corner that tells you what's next. My husband will start joining me. He sat to view a couple of reps, and said he's joining me soon. Then, after he saw the 8 minute ab, he said he'd create a schedule so that we can workout with Juice and Toya. I was popping sweat like a waterfall running with this 30 minute full body workout. I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years, and I have not gaianed weight in 2 years, it has stayed the same, and the most I have lost is 10lbs I just lost the ten pounds in June ,and I need to lose 65 more to get a healthy BMI and escape being pre-diabetic. I walk 5 miles 3 days out the week, but I got to figure out what I am doing wrong because I have tried so many things. It's July 16, 2022, and I need to have at least 45lbs of those 65lbs off before Summer of 2023. Thank You guys for sharing your gifts.

I’ve done a lot of your videos and I just love them. This one is on my rotation as one of my favourites. I love your format of warmup and cooldown and how you show what is coming up next. I adore you guys... You're going to save my life.. after 8 years of self abandonment through high carb processed (vegetarian) diet and physical stagnation resulting in ... Stress... Hormone irregularities... Migraines and an insane amount of weight gain... YOUR channel MAKES me want to workout. I just found your channel and wow I loved this workout. It's an ideal length for me to do on my lunch break whilst working from home and it's so good to find a strength workout that's not also a HIIT workout. I loved the background music, the timer and the signal to switch half way through some exercises, and the fact that you guys just get on with it and give it a really chill atmosphere without annoying talking or shouting throughout. I've created a favourite workouts library just so I can add this one because I'll definitely be doing it again. More strength workouts like this would be amazing. Thanks guys! Love from the UK.

I love your workouts because you aren't constantly chatting and saying cheesy things like "come on you can do it!" and giggling. Just a great basic workout in 30 minutes with good music to match. Thank you for making these videos to keep me motivated to work out!

Best production value I've seen around ever. Absolutely love this format. - 30 min routines - No repetition - No commentary but only visual cues (this doesn't get old and we can repeat them endlessly, without getting bored) - Somewhat easy forms - Plus great music vibes Just perfect, thank you guys will be starting to use this routine with my wife today.

You can do this as much as needed for your goals- just be sure to get adequate rest and recovery- thats just as important!🔥

I loved this workout. I just finished the 4 week celebration challenge, but lost a couple of days in the 3rd week because of an upset stomach... when I saw that this video was advanced I thought I might not be able to do it so easily, but I have definitely made progress. I am sweating, I feel strong, I feel great! Thank You!
