I've been doing aerobic type exercises with low weight dumbbells recently and i have seen better results than anything else. These type of exercises really work for my body!

Thank you for this workout. I was looking for a full body weight HIIT to add to my routines, and I love it. I burned 357 calories and added 1100 steps to my workout. I just love your walking HIIT. When I stayed, it allowed me to complete my 10,000 steps and 800 calories, even when I don't feel like working out.I think it's really your signature style. Cheers to more! 😊

Enjoyed this workout. As a reminder, you can adapt these exercises if their moves are too difficult. At 62 years old and with knee issues, I know I have to do this. Suggestions for this. Squats: Don't try to go down all the way and pick it up. Just hold it the whole time and squat as far as you can. Balancing leg lifts: If you are uncertain about your balance, hold on to a chair, I just kept one nearby so I wouldn't worry about falling. Situps: If you find holding a weight is too hard. Especially if you don't have a strong neck, just do crunches. We don't want to be hurting our necks! @Juice&Toya you might want to mention some of these. Just so people such as myself don't get injured. Thanks for doing these!

Wow!!! Amazing workout. It was so much fun but left me breathing heavy and super sweaty. This is the best channel if you want a super effective workout but don’t want to spend 45-60 minutes on your daily workout.

Oh yes, some of these made me realize I need to work on my coordination 😅 But that's why it's good you had them in here & I did it!! 🤗 And (think I mentioned it before) this format with the two 25sec blocks is great!! What difference just a 5sec break can make in terms of doing an exercise longer & maintaining proper form!

This workout is absolute Fire 🔥 Thank you soo much! I work full time on a 7 day a week rotation starting 6am and finishes at 10.30pm including working weekends so and well as a young family at home I find it hard to get out and use my gym membership but this home workout helped me get an instant sweat, cardio weighted workout, I straight away felt strong and toned throughout the workout and body was aching in a nice strong way the next day so I know I have tapped into muscle groups I haven’t used for a while even though I have been working out using other peoples home workouts. So this shower the power and quality of your workout, this one is defo the best for me and would like more like it 20/30mins of this type. It proves you do not need to spend hours in the gym. Do you have any or plan to do any of the long resistant bands (with grips) works out I can do? I love doing your guys work outs, I just need to get my husband on it with me.
