Let me start off by saying that I stumbled across your channel yesterday, completed a 30-minute hit session, and felt like I was working out for hours. So I decided to complete this session today, and I almost gave up, but I said, "You've come this far, so let's get it done!" And that I did! Every inch of me was covered in sweat. I definitely will continue my weight-loss journey with you guys.💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Thank you for leaving this comment! I haven’t worked out in WEEKSSSS and I got to the 3rd set and was like okay I’m tapping out. While I was trying to fast forward to the cool down I saw your comment and I was like dang it! Why did I have to read this freaking comment lol! Been working out with y’all for about a month and half. This was by far one of the toughest workouts. Great stuff! Down 7 lbs but more importantly I have a ton of energy and my knee pain is subsiding.

This workout was a challenge, those compound movements is something else! Still sweating head to toe over 30 mins later after workout. I usually do 15-20 min core workout, 3-4 min rest, then either dumbbell or cardio. Great selection of videos to choose from. Been working out past 8 mos, 3 to 5 days wk and it was ooh, ooh, ooh, you keep me motivated. I'm 67 yrs young and If I can do it anyone can. Need to check out your APP!

Day 4 of Summer Ready! I swear I could enjoy this one SO MUCH MORE than yesterday's 20 min HIIT 😄 1 more day for week 1 and then we have our active recovery and rest day 🥰 In Indonesian, we have this word, "Semangat!" which means "Cheer up/keep going!" so let me say it to all of you my fellow Summer Ready buddies, "Semangat guys!!! your channel is definitely under rated .. i had to stop a couple of times during the work out i finished in minutes and burned 490 calories this did not include the cool down thank you guys !

I'm starting to feel like my old self again after working out with you for a few weeks now. I'm seeing results fast, fast fast! And I'm 61! Thank you so much, I was tired of people chatting to me in the gym and ruining my zone so I gave up until I looked up weight training on KZbin and your 15 minute workout popped up. I was hooked. After 15 minutes, it feels like 5 minutes so it is easy to get used to.

Week 1, Day 4 [27/04/23]; Workout completed! First time ever doing a Dumbbell HIIT, gotta be honest: I won't be able to move tomorrow. I'm crushed, but it feels so nice. 4 days in a row and I still hate lunges, how impressive is that for me (the days in a row, not the lunges)? I can't explain. I feel so grateful for having found you guys and for this challenge. We are getting better, let's keep the process.

Joice & Toya! Can’t say enough how excited I am to stumble across your channel! These are the types of workouts my husband and I love to do (HIIT, ploy, bodyweight, cardio, strength, endurance, all mix and match)! I love that you do them as a couple so we have that option as well. I SO appreciate clean music and even, Toya, that you wear modest clothing. Both my husband and I feel comfortable watching and working out with you both. There is so much junk out there and nobody needs that. You all brighten my day and I always look forward to choosing one of your workouts. Even though I am a Personal Trainer, I enjoy following someone else’s well-planned workouts and program for myself. Takes the thinking out of it for me and I can always tweak what I need based on my needs. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to this! PS, loved this workout. The question mark over the head was hilarious 😂 Would have loved a little side note on each set next to both of you just to see what weight you chose for that set as from my perspective I couldn’t tell if you’d chosen the heavier from the lighter

I really love this workout because of the progression with the speed. Can you make some more videos with cardio and strength and dumbbells that have the same kind of progression with the speed in it. Day 4 of the 2023 Summer Ready Challenge!!! All I can say is Whew. That was a workout and I'm feeling good about being consistent. I'm really enjoying the dumbbell workouts. I'm starting to feel the soreness, so I know the workouts are working. I broke a sweat 🔥and as I increase my weights I know I will sweat even more and feel the workouts more. For week 1 I'm using 2lb weights considering I haven't used weights in over a decade. I will increase the weights each week.

Started my weight loss journey exactly one year ago. I started at 110kg and right now I am at 85kg. For about 4 months now I am stuck on that weight despite everything I am doing. I have been doing mainly cardio workouts so now I want to switch to some weights and muscles building. I stumbled upon this workout and I knew exactly this is what I am looking for. I love your workouts, but I found this one a little too arms-heavy. Usually I find them to be well-balanced, but in this one I could barely finish the arms exercises, and I found my legs didn’t get enough of a workout. I’ll go do one of your leg workouts now. Thanks for the variety of videos.

Lordy! SRC W1/D4: the sweatiest workout so far! Had to drop down to 10 pound dumbbells for a couple movements but mostly used 20 pound dumbbells. 🔥

This is the first time I've done a workout that changes intensity every 15 seconds. I have to say that its a big motivator to get those last reps, especially with that 5 second countdown clock to the end. Love it! I switched between 8# and 15#, mostly 8# for upper body. I'm sure to see results because it's good and I'm going to keep it up!

Second time thru the SRC. Same as first time using 15s and 8s. Eccentric upper body used 8s like flys and raises. Did this workout after heavy deadlift and shoulder presses so I'm paying taxes on my taxes today. Feeling down because I haven't been walking the talk. I'm fine in the gym, but not in the kitchen. But I feel better that I didn't totally flop today.

W3D2 this is now my favorite HIIT workout, loved the weights, combination moves, and intensity shift. The build to all out tempo pushes you mentally to not hold back on reserves as can often happen when you're just thinking about surviving till the next move.

I like that you can get a feel for the movements when you start out slow, and then work up to a higher speed with proper form (as someone who is a bit of a beginner).

This is one of the most intelligent workouts with different moves I have seen on you tube. I especially love the idea of increasing the pace every 15 seconds. The workouts were hard but doable and if the pace was too fast one could still slow down . I have become a subscriber!

Day 4 was definitely like an advanced workout. I used light weights in round 3 to get the most out of the last 15 seconds since I couldn't go faster the last 15 seconds after the 4th exercise in round 2. I'm so motivated to give it my best. Thank you J+T!

I can't even begin to describe what it feels like to burn on a monday morning. I thought let me start the week serious. Now i just want to week to be over. That was a monster workout. There was a few times there i thought of giving up, but by the grace of pure venom I kept on pushing. I even paused once during a workout, then decided to go the distance. You guys are animals... in the nicest possible way... I wouldn't be seeing gains if it wasn't for you.

Week 3 day 2. Another great workout. Finished with 30 minutes of easy elliptical to keep the heart rate up. I need to get more disciplined about stretching and foam rolling. I have a couple places that are agony on the roller.
