Tap in with us for a Lower Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout! We broke up this workout into 5 groups of 3 strength/HIIT exercises that target the the quads, hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs and calfs. All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells (I used 10# and 15# dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter/heavier). This workout is advanced, so please slow down the movement or drop weight as a modification. After your workout, drop a comment and let us know how you did! 🔥

Perfect work out for people with ADHD. You get the repeats, but mixed up in shorter sets so you don’t get bored, but you still get a consistent workout. Love it!

My favorite workout! If you don’t like something, you are done with it in 20 seconds… lol. Also the music was SO 🔥🔥🔥(especially groups 3 & 4)!!! It’s a preference for me & makes me happy I can play it around my child! Did this mostly with 25s 💪🏾💪🏾

This workout was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! Toya I did this workout yesterday morning and last night I felt the soreness kicking in. This morning...😫😫😫😫! Going to be a looong day but I love the fact that I'm feeling the work I put in! This one is my new fav lower body workout! I see you Juice! I absolutely love all of your Tabata workouts I’ve done so far and this workout made me sweat the most during this summer challenge! This is one of the first times I followed through all of the workout without pausing! Thanks for the great challenge :)

This was really great! I love how each set targeted a particular region (hamstrings, glutes etc) the tempo was nice and the music on point! Great job as usual Juice & Toya, this one is a keeper for me! ❤

Holy moly that was tough! After the second group my legs felt like wet noodles but feels so good to know I got through it! Those hamstring walks were a killer at the end. Working out with you guys is now the favorite part of my morning, even before coffee❤❤❤!! I get bored with my workouts pretty quick but the variety you offer helps keep me interested and engaged. Keep feeding us this amazing content!

tried this workout definitely very effective as my lower body was aching the next morning! Fave workout! slowly increasing my workout time to 30min, as I used to do 20min only. So thank you soooo much for this killer workout!

You all helped me, I did like 3 of your workouts from a while back with dumbbells. I got the bug to workout. Found a crossfit gym and now love it and 40lbs lighter. I still do one or 2 every few weeks of urs since to add in extra but really, thank you

This was a really good workout. I did it at 630 AM and it went by so quick and I felt amazing afterwards!!! More of these types of strength/hiit workouts please :)

W4D1 SRC2023. Loved starting my day with this one. I have done it one other time and felt like I did better. I used heavier weights. And I’m getting better at the hamstring walks. 🙂

Week 4 Day 1 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: I was not ready for this workout. Toya you got me with this one. This was a great workout. I was sweating and even used 5lb & 8lb weights. I stuck to the 5lbs mostly due to some lower back pain. I will definitely be doing this one again to see if I can keep up. I liked the groups/sets with repeats, It gave me a chance to improve the move as best I could.

Summer Ready Challenge: Week 4, Day 1 - I'm trying to be better at drinking enough water. So, my personal challenge (me vs. me) today is to go "guzzle" some water (more than usual) after this workout. FYI: Groups 3 & 5 were the hardest for me but overall, I'm definitely less sore than last week. I choose to believe that means I'm getting stronger. :)

This workout made really wanted to strive harder. 🤣 Had to skip half of the group 3 since it was so hard for me that I can't almost hold my breath. But of course, I had to finish group 4 and 5 see if I can handle them and so glad, I was able to do so. Thanks Toya and Juice!
