3 years ago at 65 I jumped 200,000 in 51 weeks. Would have been twice that but traveled for work and couldn’t jump on the road. Most in one day was 23x200. Around hour and 45 minutes. Usually would do 5x200. Have gone away but will restart. Have jumped to about -5 degrees F. 81 yr old sister jumps 3x200 a week. If jumping isn’t for you, find something that is. Get active, eat less more often. Love JRD.

Appreciate your content. I'm 51 and started jumping rope maybe a month or more ago as my cardio part of my workout (after lifting weights). It's a work in progress but trying to do it 5-6 times a week. Even bought the cross rope set, which I've really liked.

Jumping rope has helped me so much. I just started a month ago and my calves are stronger my stamina is way better. When i started i eas foing a 22min mile now i can do a 12min. My love handles have gone down. Its just so many things. I think starting with a weighted rope was a mistake because i yhink it fatigued me faster, but now it's kool

Hey Dan, Just wanted to say I enjoy your content very much and love jumprope dudes and the impact it has on so many people. Your content even pushed me to start skipping rope and have been consistent over the past few months. I would like your input on a workout I put together based off your helpful videos on youtube and what I can do. Would you please give an assessment if this is a viable workout for a beginner like me. I start my mornings with a 3 mile walk/ 7 days a week, at a brisk pace reaching heart a rate of 145. This allows me to reach a goal of 10k steps a day. On the days I skip rope here is my routine: Skipping Rope- 35sec Primary Exercise-35sec Rest-30sec Repeated 2x (2nd time with a 1lb rope) Monday- Push Ups Tuesday- Planks Thursday- Squats Friday- Burpees I also practice intermittent fasting and watching my caloric intake. Any input would be a great help, thank you in advance. #Dothething
