@@Speaklik_me I so agree with you on this, and it is my go-to when we do the strength workouts, as well as the other ones for when we do the cycling ones! I feel more flexible on certain thinsg now including when I dedicate some time to revisiting yoga! 😉

Yes you’re definitely right. I do 2 short intense workouts before this. One is for full grown men and the other is for my age (I’m a 13 year old girl) so I absolutely agree with this

Loved this 🙌 this felt like 3 minutes, not 11! my biggest problem with most stretching routines is that they're more yoga based and gentle. I like a deeper, more intense stretch. Thank you!

Thought i was the only one haha me too i felt it was 2-3 mins top. My muscles, whole body even my overall mood feel soooo good and relaxed after ❤🎉😊

that felt like 2 minutes. I LOVE HER. I’m a dancer and I just worked for about an hour and a half on a difficult hip-hop choreo that is very demanding stamina and strength-wise. Felt terrible but the stretch was very calming. I feel better already, we’ll see how sore I am tomorrow 💓

Some of the stretches I found painful but once I was done I felt so good and not one muscle hurt anymore. Definitely a dessert! Edit: This is now my go to stretch after my workouts!

When I tell you this worked I mean it. I had done a full body 45-minute workout yesterday and forgot to stretch, but today I did it after doing the same workout, and I feel so much better. I cannot believe it helped so much, but it did. Thank you so very much.

Went to the gym this morning and I finally for the first time ever did some of the equipment and machines by myself 😅 I usually get too nervous to try/ but I made sure to stretch before I left because I always neglect when I get home. Thank you for posting this!

After a really sucky workout today, this really felt like the perfect dessert. Despite feeling like crap during the workout, all of the stretches felt so good and I could feel my progress in flexibility. I’ve been doing this stretching routine every time after working out over the last month, when I started exercising for the first time in years, and I really love it, thanks!

I work in the trades and if you are not careful it can really take a toll on your body. Stretching is so important for injury prevention. Especially when doing manual labor. Thank you so much Kaleigh! This is such a hug lifesaver.

Thank you, i was sore the first day of HIIT and then i worked out a second day and the pain was intense. Hopefully I can get back in the gym tomorrow with this recovery

What I like most about this stretch is that I still feel like I'm working out. I don't really the slowness of stretching. I'm a "hurry up and let's move on" gal but this somehow feels deeper and more powerful than most stretching routines.

This is my favorite stretch video and I do it after every workout! I've struggled with sciatica pain that flares up every now and then ever since my pregnancy (over 2 years now) and once I incorporated this stretch video into my workouts I no longer deal with the pain! Thank you!!

I wanted to find a ride for this morning and I, Absolutely - Love this new stretch workout, Kaleigh! Did this first and twice for a lengthened session. Woke the body up nicely! The thumbnail was the first video post on my KZbin home feed (finally)! Definitely caught my eye! Camera angles are awesome Jason! That window and the light that does come through it is such an elemental piece - brings the studio together and creates awesome aesthetics! Well done! Just tried this out and I gotta say I feel more lighter as I'm usually very stiff in the back area when I'm done with weight training and cardio. The overall video was awesome and I love her energy and instructions. ❤️

being doing this one every single workout day, it’s worked wonders on my mobility and flexibility! i feel great, can touch the ground with my whole hands while my legs are perfectly straight, can squat while resting… my back feels 10 years younger! thank you so much!

Awesome Sauce, that's how I feel after doing this stretching video!! In all the years of doing that one stretch where you put your foot over your bended leg and then pull it in, I never knew you could push with your elbow against your knee and it would create a deeper stretch. I just learned something new today! Woot Woot, thank you & you're awesome!

I know this is an older video, but after refering to the workouts on your channel for the last month and a half I felt it was time to leave a comment and thank you. I used to only do 2x15 min workouts a week but your videos are easy to follow along and everything is explained clearly I finally have felt motivated to do so much more than I thought I would. Usually I struggle with guided stuff because it feels a little cheesy to me (and it takes me out of the headspace for stretches/yoga in particular) but I don't get that with your videos. Really great full for all the content you put out for those of us who only work out at home.❤
