$40,000 is an amazing price for that property, I almost can't believe it considering 5 years ago I was looking at getting a house about the same size on the Ecuador coast about a similar 2 - 21/2 blocks back from the beach and it was $70,000 and Ecuador is known for having some of the cheapest coastal property in all of latin America.

Nice, was in Carbo Frio last year. I was looking at land inside the so call gated community with the lake. Since I don't know the language very well , decided not to. But it's a beautiful peaceful area. The food there was excellent and inexpensive .Good Luck!

Amazing video! I just bought an apartment - pre construction- in the state north of RIo - Esprito Santo.. The city of Vila Velha ( a mini Rio de Janeiro but with less crime and a higher standard of living) has some AMAZING brand new construction buildings with affordable prices. This whole region is relatively unknown outside of Brazil but is definitely set to explode in the upcoming years

@@Karl__Pierre for some reason youtube is not allowing me to posts links but the construction company in Vila Velha with the option for 20 year financing without any bank involved is Argo Construtora Other major construction companies in the Vila Velha/ Vitoria metro region just to get an idea of some of the other buildings that are going up in the metro area are: Grand Construtora Galwan Costa Nova Kemp Engenharia I saw that someone commented a few months ago that Vitoria was a place to look at and really - not just the beautiful beaches, lower crime and higher standard of living -the metro region was declared the highest growth for real estate value in the whole country as of late last year! I've been telling all my gringo friends about it! I also just started looking into micro studios that are being built in great areas in Sao Paulo that are extremely affordable for airbnb rentals

Love the videos. Just a few small notes. Leblon, Ipanema, Santa Teresa etc are not "towns" they are neighborhoods of the city of RJ. Also Barra da Tijuana is in the west zone definitely not in the south zone. Just want to make sure you sound like you know what you're saying. 💪💪💪

I’m a senior citizen, a retired Probation Officer, and it’s just my wife and I. Our children are grown, but we live next door to my son who has four children. I kinda like the area of Scalea, Italy. Have you ever been there? I haven’t heard of a lot of people retiring to Spain, but if you like it, it must be a pretty nice place. Medellin would be a lot closer to Louisiana, which would help to make our visits back home more frequent. However, Columbia has a bad reputation.

Some beaches in Florianópolis, for instante, where really crowded with Argentinians (Ingleses Beach etc.). They are still around, but mostly the few ones that have money.

You want to achieve your goals without getting into trouble. Rio de Janeiro state is riskier from the investor perspective and not as business friendly as other states.

@@Karl__Pierre , let me explain the highlights of each state... Rio Grande do Norte is a wonderful small northeastern state, with lots of potential, that has attracted many European investors. Explore the coast from Touros to Pipa. The state capital, Natal, is in the middle.
