I've been trying the Kazuha abs workout and couldn't find something online that I want to follow along so I made one for myself ✌🏼Kazuha did 30 seconds for each workout which I modified to counts of 10 because I prefer counting to keeping a timer with me~ Hope others also find this workout helpful ❤️

Honestly, the most encouraging thing about the workout-related videos you do is seeing that even someone as fit as you flops down for a breather after a few reps. I mean, it's also the most intimidating thing about the workout-related videos you do, but it still makes me feel better knowing it's not just because I'm out of shape that I end up like that. It's 90% why, sure, but not 100%.

@@hutingting ...I’ve never thought to have a crew of dancing anime butlers breathily refer to me as “young mistress,” but I’d be lying if I didn’t say it settled my racing mind a bit. Even your Rick rolls are helpful.

I actually do this workout for 4 months now First 3-5 days were HARD My physic changed maybe in 2 weeks I spent maybe 10 minutes on it in the beginning each day but loved doing it, so I started doing few more workouts Now I spend like 40 minutes every day on workout in general and never stop doing this specific one cuz Kazuhas abs were the reason and they still are I don’t yet have abs but also I don’t do dance practices like her each day for 12 hours

Wow good on you!! Your body must changed if you workout 40min per day. But abs yea need lots of cardio. The first time I see myself have abs was actually when I tried pole dance .. cuz it’s super intense and need core strength
