I've been trying the Kazuha abs workout and couldn't find something online that I want to follow along so I made one for myself ✌🏼Kazuha did 30 seconds for each workout which I modified to counts of 10 because I prefer counting to keeping a timer with me~ Hope others also find this workout helpful ❤️
