I meal prep chaffles every week for my husband. I mix in peppers onion and jalapeños along with seasonings for his. He absolutely loves them. a little tip if you like crispy chaffles...add just a little bit of cheese to the waffle maker then add your batter and top the batter with a little bit of cheese also. this makes a crispy outer layer and a soft inner layer.

if you add a 1 or 2 tablespoons of almond floor to the egg and cheese it gets more firm like bread.

Yum avocado sounds bomb on a chaffel! For an even crispier chaffel I put a sprinkle of the cheese down first then a little after the egg layer:)

This is your first time with chaffles? You're going to love them!!! My favorite is chicken-n-chaffles. It's just air fried chicken tenders, coated with crushed pork rinds, between two chaffles, drizzled with sugar free syrup.

@@Sammyrose281 There's a Facebook group called Keto Chaffle recipes that has amazing chaffles. Dessert, savory, funky, chaffles. You'll end up getting a 2nd Dash Mini. Making one at a time kinda sucks. Another thing, you should put the cooked chaffles on a wire rack to cool, rather than the plate. It helps them by getting crispy on both sides. One more trick...sprinkle a little cheese on the waffle iron about 10 seconds before you add that batter if you want it even more crispy. Enjoy!!!

So glad I picked up the mini waffle maker - at Marshall’s for just 10 bucks. This was so delicious. I made my sandwich with bacon and fried egg and put sugar free orange marmalade on it and it was so good. I’m going to be experimenting with more ideas but that mini waffle maker is the way to go.
