Freeze your bowl and the heavy whipping cream about 30mins before whipping. It'll be stiffer giving you more volume. Looks good 👍🏾

Love the way you explain everything, because some do not know, what maybe simple to others. Please don't change. You feel like the neighbor next door. I live in Ecuador where I cannot get pumpkin puree, but I did get cubed pumpkin. I steamed it in the Instant Pot and will make this pie tomorrow. I am excited to try it.

I just tried it out, it will be in the fridge ready for Tuesday, had to adjust my Thanksgiving due to my work schedule, so I am eating on 11/28/2023. I added extra ginger spice, it was super good when I licked the bowl. Thank you! I will put the pecans on the day of serving because they might get stale in the fridge, I might even toast them a bit and then top this beauty with roasted pecans. Thank you thank you thank you! I would bake the crust so it’s more flavorful and crisp. Unbaked almond flour doesn’t taste great. Let it cool then add your cheesecake filling

Thank you for the inspiration! I did substitute allulose for the erythritol and mixed in a packet of Knox gelatin (bloomed and melted) with the pumpkin mixture before folding in the whipped cream. Then spooned it into dessert cups as a mousse instead of into a pie crust. Amazing! 🍨

Looks good. I will use a 6 inch spring form pan for the pie. I use the bottom of glass to press crust into pan. I love pumpkin purée!

LOVE your videos! I just tried this, still in the fridge, but i thought you might like to know. You should rewrite the directions in the blog. It says for the crust to add the chopped pecans? Maybe that is what you wanted to do, but that doesn’t follow your video. Also, I wish you would add the fact about the salt. One more, there is lemon mentioned on the blog, but you never said anything about lemon, nor is it listed. Just to be clear, I love watching you put these together and enjoy the results, I love your recipes! Just wanted you to know someone might download the recipe and say - What?? Please keep up your great work, loving the low carb easy recipes.

Yes! This is almost exactly the crust I make, and I bake it (unfilled) at 325 for 20 minutes, or pre-bake 10 minutes if I'm going to fill it. For quiche, I add a little garlic powder and omit the sweetener. This is an excellent and versatile crust!

Nom nom nom 🐈 Am not a fan of baking with almond flour... gives muffins that mealy taste of bran muffins.😝 Will your crust avoid that taste? I just want to avoid making the pie and then have that mealy almond flour after taste. But... what a creation!! Looks yummy. And I was sure it needed to be freezed. The puree was a little bit too runny. Put it in a strainer next time for couple of hours and it will be fine.
