This reminds me of an old Cherokee story. The Story of Two Wolves. There are two wolves inside us all battling to see who will take over. One is negative- full of anger, envy, resentment, greed, sorrow, judgment, inferiority, criticism, and doubt. The other wolf is good - full of joy, appreciation, love, kindness, empathy, understanding, confidence, compassion, and clarity. Letting them take over, that’s the problem. I definitely agree. Tough time มันผ่านไปแล้ว มีแต่พยายามคิด positive ทุกวัน. พยายามตักตวงความสุขให้ได้มากที่สุด. ถ้ามีอะไรให้หนักใจ เราคิดเสมอว่า "It's not a big deal, everything can be fix".
