This is me before 8 Am. in the morning in some small town outside of Madrid Spain, visiting with my girlfriend, trying not to wake her up by doing this in the hotel bathroom. Keep it up Grant

Hi Grant, After four years of personal training, my trainer is now giving me punching drills, kicking drills, and footwork drills. I found you on the Bioneer channel. Your demos of shadow boxing rocked my world. I am now committed to developing shadow boxing routines that can fit into the style of dance called Animation. For my needs, you have the most helpful fitness channel on the internet. Congrats on the superb production. You have inspired me and I will practice this workout 2-3X/wk long term. This is an AMAZING do anywhere workout. Thank you! -Michael from Chicago, USA

Great stuff. I'm 58 and still boxing. I would incorporate more side to side movement for boxing or mma. Lateral part of the legs is where most of the fatigue sets in due to lack repetitive explosive lateral movement. That would balance the routine out.

I enjoyed this thank you, started Muay Thai a month ago and I thought I was in good (ish) condition until I tried this very explosive and quick pace! Going to stick with this before attempting your 25 minute one. The information you put out is top content I have only recently found your channel. Thank you 😊
@grantstevensma6 ай бұрын
Thanks brother, I'm glad you've found it useful! This and the 25 minute one are actually relatively the same difficulty, but the longer one has more breaks. Let me know what you think when you try it out.

I’m over here smiling like evil vegeta 😂 throughout the whole vid, cause I’m so excited to try this out. When you mentioned that we can do this follow along after a skill specific workout I was like. "Yieah boii" then I look at my workout schedule and my conditioning day is Tomorrow. so I was like aw snap I’ll just switch it out with your old one. But yeah mean I can see this will be very challenge Ik my core gonna be sore after seeing the workouts😂. But good video man I enjoyed it!

Awesome workout, used it today!!! How would you recommend combining gymnastics with martial arts (like GSP did)?
@grantstevensma10 ай бұрын
GSP didn't really do gymnastics per-say man as far as I know... As in he wasn't learning advanced tumbling skills or trying to get better at gymnastics. He used more like gymnastic conditioning using rings in order to help with his martial arts training so you wanna look at it that way. It's not like you're trying to get good at gymnastics (unless you want to). But you're using gymnastics training to enhance your main activity.
