I don’t need no gym, this is my gym and I’m getting so much better at working out than I used to spend hours at the gym. Thank you Heather 😘 who needs gym after Heather class ?

I agree 100% I cancelled my membership, saving the money to travel' Thank you Heather your workouts have given me much better results I am 5 feet tall 122 pounds; my body fat is 27.5 and my visceral fat is 6 and most important I have gained muscle mass thank you again. I am 71 years old

IT´S BECAUSE THE WORKOUTS HAVE DIFFERENT PURPOSES.. THIS IS A FUNCTIONAL AND METABOLIC EXERCISE.. AT THE GYM IT IS USED TO DO HYPERTROPHY ROUTINES. BUT, YEAH SHÉS GREAT AND HER ROUTINES AS WELL ... ALWAYS STRONG AND DELIGHTFUL!!!

Love this! Full body sweat achieved. A year ago this would of exhausted me. But now because of continued effort to do some sort of physical exercise everyday, this feels like an awesome warmup. At 52, I was 205 pounds and my metabolism was shot. By adjusting my diet (low carbs, reduces sugar and more whole foods) I not only lost 45 pounds in 5 months but feel better than ever. And I’m 53 now folks. Living proof that at any age you can start a commitment to yourself to achieve better fitness. Thanks Heather!

Tq Heather ♥️, I did it, today is my one year of fitness journey+diet. I found your channel last month during lockdown 3.0 in my country. Gym was closed more than a month now. After a year, I manage to lose 20kg with body fat 21%. Before this was 70kg with BF around 35+% 😆 and Im not tall (153cm).. My body is more toned than before. Keep inspiring your followers xoxo 💞

Fantastic. Love this combo of Tabata and kettlebell. Great . I never get bored or feel that these exercises r repeatative because u come up with new patterns, diff combos and loads of energy packed performances. U r a Star and perfectionist 👍💪💪💪😘❤️🤠 can't wait till morning 🌄🙏

I didn't like tabata in the past but now I love them as I have discovered Heather's tabata:) I always like to do tabata when I want to get quick workout and feel my heart rate goes up.

Wow, this one was a bomb, really. I love tabata, it is short, yet effective. I always get my sweat in and my heartrate up, but I push through as I know it will be gone in a minute .... before you know it, it is over. I love kettlebell, my favorite, hope you provide us more kettlebell workouts, so great. Thank you once again, we love you

Short quick tabata with weights was perfect today! I alternated between 18/25 lb KB. Thank you Heather another really great one when you're short on time. Active cal 150.
