Heather you have the best workouts! A good friend of mine showed me your stuff and it change my life. I started to fallow your workouts including more cardio on I do alternating machines at the gym. I'm hooked I do multiple videos of yours in the morning, morning is my time. This all keeps me positive and it gives me the desire to want to expand in all areas of my life. I have lost 40 pounds so far and still going. I wanted to remind you the reason why you started in the first place, to help people. You totally are, thank you! God bless you 🙏

I tried your work out for the first time and oh boy, I thought that I was fit. Ouch!!! By the way I don't know if this is male physical thing but I cannot do the plank twist all the way under as you demonstrate. My hip won't let me twist that far round, maybe it's easier for a girl!

I LOVE a shorter workout like this because I give it 100+%. If a workout is 30 minutes I tend to glide along rather than crunching my brains out.
