This went by so quickly... Combined it with your Full Body 40min HIIT from 4yrs ago too, and am drenched.. My body loves this 💛

Love this workout, thanks Heather. I'd been searching the core workout. I can't do normal ab/core workout (like crunch type) because I feel pain badly in my neck. This is perfect. Thank you so much!

Hey Heather! Thanks for your workout routines. I have been following them since September 2019 and I have lost 10 kgs only by doing your workouts (without any strict diet plan). I have been challenging myself to do better just because of you and also improved a lot from where I had started. Lots of love ❤😘

Keep inspiring us Heather! I don't know who in their right mind would dislike your videos. You are composed, confident, come across as sincere and I am very thankful to have found your channel, especially during these times of COVID lockdowns. I miss the environment of my gym and your videos have been a tremendously wonderful substitute, and even when we are back to "normal", I will keep up with you because your workouts are fantastic and so is your music! Thank you for all you do~

Heather you have the best workouts! A good friend of mine showed me your stuff and it change my life. I started to fallow your workouts including more cardio on I do alternating machines at the gym. I'm hooked I do multiple videos of yours in the morning, morning is my time. This all keeps me positive and it gives me the desire to want to expand in all areas of my life. I have lost 40 pounds so far and still going. I wanted to remind you the reason why you started in the first place, to help people. You totally are, thank you! God bless you 🙏

Great workouts! I love them all! Started them in the spring with the pandemic and will continue instead of going back to the gym! Such variety and good music and variety of workouts

Absolutely fabulous. Poweefull and challenging plank workout. It is the best plank workout I have came accross so far targetting all transversal and rectuns abs. Keep it up.

Plank exercise has got a lot of endurance.It is great for all ages yes but needs a lot of practice .Really worth it cause has a lot of benefits. Tks a lot for yr inspirations.

I tried your work out for the first time and oh boy, I thought that I was fit. Ouch!!! By the way I don't know if this is male physical thing but I cannot do the plank twist all the way under as you demonstrate. My hip won't let me twist that far round, maybe it's easier for a girl!

I LOVE a shorter workout like this because I give it 100+%. If a workout is 30 minutes I tend to glide along rather than crunching my brains out.
