I loved it! Good use of time and I repeated it for 12 minutes and my abs are on fire! Even after the 6 minutes my abs were feeling it but I pushed through another time. Thank you!

Well it's 87 F better than 93 , 4 mile bike ride full peddle power done in 20 minutes, 6 minute ab done and OMG booty band workout done, It was a killer night, but what the heck, why not. Feeling like a hot, literally hot mess....Thanks heather for the 6 min abs workout.
