I think I had this problem a long time ago, as I don’t have CTS, but the symptoms are similar, I went to many doctors, but the benefits were zero. But when I tried these exercises in this video and even by myself, I felt better. At least it reduced the pain. I'm going to continue doing it. Also, through the whole internet, this is the only video that helped me out, as CTS videos made it worse. Thank you, you’re a legend.

My husband was diagnosed with carpal tunnel years ago but he has gotten significantly worse the past frlew years. Today after work yesterday, he can barely move his fingers on his right hand, he can't turn his head and he says his far fingers are numb and there is tingly and pain all the way to his neck. I don't feel like this is carpal tunnel. I tried to do this to him and he said it helped a bit but I don't think I'm doing it properly. The VA won't do anything but give him meds or push surgery. I need to find him a Dr or therapist that can help him, I can't stand seeing home like this and not being able to help. What kind of practicioner should I look for? I am in Georgia, USA of that helps.

I’ve been having pain on my wrists for months now and its now spreading to my elbows especially after sleeping (face down with elbows bent). And i believe this is the culprit for my wrist pain. I have sensations in all fingers and have been stretching and strengthening but I think I need nerve release as well. Thanks!

I need someone to fo this to me. my hands and arms fall asleep when I drive, write, sleep bnb or do a lot of fine finger movements. I am 6 months pregnant and have had my middle finger and ring finger numb for a month now. Doc says carpel tunnel but acupuncturist and chiropractor think maybe pinched nerve but not sure what is pinched if in my back, shoulder, wrist or elbow. Sounds like it's my median nerve that's pinched. I've had these issues before pregnancy but it's worse now.

I've tried everything including purchasing a shiatsu seat thing. I'm in blood thinners and can't do much 😢 except trying to release whatever nerve(s) is/are causing this. I'm going to have my husband try these exercises, I really pray they work for me.

Does this pain go away on it own. Its in left arm, scapula, chest wall, armpit, and my middle finger is in pain. I feel the tension when I press on this nerve. I've had almost the exact same problem for over a year now. The pain has been mostly in my inner upper arm and armpit, but it can also radiate to my breast and wrist as well as the bottom of my palm. I just had a nerve conduction test done and they found that my median nerve is being impinged at the Struthers ligament (it's shown in this video at 1:22). Maybe have a nerve conduction test done to see if one of your nerves is getting pinched. Don't delay as nerve damage can be irreversible. I had to learn this the hard way. But if you catch it early you'll be fine as long as you do what the doctors tell you. Just trying to save someone else the trouble I had to go through.

Hello, I understand the pain and confusion you're currently going through. However, it's important for me to clarify that I am unable to provide personal advice on your specific medical condition without the ability to perform a physical examination. Given the complexity of your case, as you've described it, the most beneficial guidance will come from a local healthcare practitioner who can personally assess you and understand the full details of your medical history. If you're unable to remember what your pain doctor told you, I would suggest contacting them or their office for a reminder or perhaps a written summary of your treatment plan. For a more general understanding on nerve-related issues, I invite you to read my blog posts on "Resolving Carpal Tunnel Syndrome". They might offer you some useful insights: RESOLVING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME - PART 1: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-1 RESOLVING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME - PART 2: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-2 I hope this helps you. Remember, the best course of action now is to get in touch with your local healthcare provider or the pain clinic you recently visited. Best regards, and take care.

Thank you for your question, @miker1064. To receive professional treatment for nerve compression, it's essential to consult with a musculoskeletal (MSK) practitioner who is skilled in this area. Qualified professionals include physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths. These practitioners have the necessary training to diagnose and treat conditions related to nerve compression. You can locate such practitioners by checking with local clinics, seeking referrals from your primary healthcare provider, or searching for registered professionals via official association websites. Ensure that any practitioner you choose is licensed and has experience with nerve compression therapies for the best care.

Thank you for engaging with the channel. If you are inquiring about the causes of median nerve entrapment, you might find my article, “Resolving Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - Part 1,” insightful. You can access it here: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-1

What if your whole body is effected by the nerve entrapment. How do you locate the source of where its coming from. Ive had 2 MRIS and they havent found anything wrong and im only 21. I was weight training one day and my biceps just started burning and they they would fatigue straight away and then it spread all over

Direct nerve entrapment is rare compared to other causes but is still common. I can not make comments on individual cases without doing an examination. If you are having whole body pain, I would recommend a second opinion. It is not uncommon for soft tissue problems to NOT be found on MRI examination, but still be present. All the best

@@kinetichealthonline Thank you for your reply. I do need proper care by a doctor but my doctor is hopeless and its impossible to try get help when I'm so sick. I even went to the hospital and was ignored, they just spoke about my anxiety. Trying to cope with the ignorance of these doctors is enough in itself, Australia's medical industry has gotten so bad since the pandemic.
