I think I had this problem a long time ago, as I don’t have CTS, but the symptoms are similar, I went to many doctors, but the benefits were zero. But when I tried these exercises in this video and even by myself, I felt better. At least it reduced the pain. I'm going to continue doing it. Also, through the whole internet, this is the only video that helped me out, as CTS videos made it worse. Thank you, you’re a legend.

My husband was diagnosed with carpal tunnel years ago but he has gotten significantly worse the past frlew years. Today after work yesterday, he can barely move his fingers on his right hand, he can't turn his head and he says his far fingers are numb and there is tingly and pain all the way to his neck. I don't feel like this is carpal tunnel. I tried to do this to him and he said it helped a bit but I don't think I'm doing it properly. The VA won't do anything but give him meds or push surgery. I need to find him a Dr or therapist that can help him, I can't stand seeing home like this and not being able to help. What kind of practicioner should I look for? I am in Georgia, USA of that helps.

I am 6 months pregnant and have had my middle finger and ring finger numb for a month now. I've had almost the exact same problem for over a year now. The pain has been mostly in my inner upper arm and armpit, but it can also radiate to my breast and wrist as well as the bottom of my palm. I just had a nerve conduction test done and they found that my median nerve is being impinged at the Struthers ligament (it's shown in this video at 1:22). Maybe have a nerve conduction test done to see if one of your nerves is getting pinched. Don't delay as nerve damage can be irreversible. I had to learn this the hard way. But if you catch it early you'll be fine as long as you do what the doctors tell you. Just trying to save someone else the trouble I had to go through.

Hello, I understand the pain and confusion you're currently going through. However, it's important for me to clarify that I am unable to provide personal advice on your specific medical condition without the ability to perform a physical examination. Given the complexity of your case, as you've described it, the most beneficial guidance will come from a local healthcare practitioner who can personally assess you and understand the full details of your medical history. If you're unable to remember what your pain doctor told you, I would suggest contacting them or their office for a reminder or perhaps a written summary of your treatment plan. For a more general understanding on nerve-related issues, I invite you to read my blog posts on "Resolving Carpal Tunnel Syndrome". They might offer you some useful insights: RESOLVING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME - PART 1: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-1 RESOLVING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME - PART 2: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-2 I hope this helps you. Thank you for your question, @miker1064. To receive professional treatment for nerve compression, it's essential to consult with a musculoskeletal (MSK) practitioner who is skilled in this area. Qualified professionals include physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths. These practitioners have the necessary training to diagnose and treat conditions related to nerve compression. You can locate such practitioners by checking with local clinics, seeking referrals from your primary healthcare provider, or searching for registered professionals via official association websites. Ensure that any practitioner you choose is licensed and has experience with nerve compression therapies for the best care.
