@Chicago Chi Hello Can I do these exercises I just had a consultation one week ago I don’t have any tears however, they are contemplating per my x-rays to have a total knee replacement. I am debating and also looking at other alternatives, but in the meantime, can I do this exercise as my doctor did say, I can exercise using my Watch exercising as well maybe right now I’m just sitting down in the chair to do a total body light weight exercise? Hi! The Sweet Spot is the alignment of your knee when the pressure going through the knee is as even and balance as you can get it. In the video, I show an exercise where you move the pressure around your knees, then balance the pressure. That's your Sweet Spot.
