Isn't it great to deal with a quality minded company that will build your parts the way you want them? Those parts will make a great looking finished product.

I’m in northern Indiana and it’s good to know NWIF is close. That Loves in Plymouth is a nice place but you’re right they have a pretty high diesel price, but I’d prefer to stop there over the next couple options going west on 30

I’ve passed that place a hundred times now I know where to go for real quality fabrication

This is excellent. When you said this opens up a whole new level of productivity, I said, 'That's what I was just thinking.' And safety, too.

That’s why they didn’t rust. Pickled coils are oiled before they are wrapped so they can sit in long term storage.

Nice professional product . Nice find . Off subject : I came across a product online again…maybe you’ve seen it..or a similar name brand….its called spliseal…it’s for electrical repairs…the wires are crimped together…it then goes in a mold…and you apply a sealing compound around the repair with what looks like a hot glue gun . I know I’ve seen it or one similar before…just something to research when you have the time
@j.c.smithprojects2 күн бұрын
i have see that around. i have not used it or looked into it yet.

Fabulous work! Thanks for the heads up that these people are available. I noticed that you never said and maybe it was intentional but, I’ll ask anyway; what grade steel are you using for the frame liners and rear hitch plates?
@j.c.smithprojectsКүн бұрын
i didnt mention the grade i chose. if i mentioned it, some might take it as acceptable for any application. obviously that is not the case. when planning this, i made sure my materials matched my application and plan of install. i assume your a welder / fabricator. two of the same parts installed by two different people in two different ways yield completely different results.
@SFS13-0123 сағат бұрын
@ Understood. Thank you for the reply and I get your reasoning. I also realize that the Kodiak/Top Kick frame will be less tensile strength than a road tractor for example.
@j.c.smithprojects13 сағат бұрын
yes. the publications i found show 50k to 80k depending on gvwr, how ordered and chassis length
@SFS13-0112 сағат бұрын
@ I was going to guess 50K but decided to leave you alone about it. Thanks JC! Be blessed my friend.
