I think I will try your stretching routine. I lift weights for 2hrs a day and an aerobic workout. I would like to feel less tight and more flexable. Being 60 I would like my health and my body be at a better place! Thank you for sharing

Hi doc, I love these simple stretches. Are these beneficial for the splits as well? I really wanna achieve those but I'm not close to flexible so do let me know 👍🏻
@drkristieennis Жыл бұрын
I’m not great at the splits so I’m not totally sure lol. Anything that opens the hip joints and adductors should help:)

I am an Ultra Trail runner, and I strained my hip flexor several months ago, I am doing all the correct PT needed. My confusion is when I walk I will have the gait issue(limping) rt side, when I run, and I have no discomfort, or gait issue. Its only when I walk, what is causing this.
Your legs are impossibly long and lean. I noticed that right away. Subscribed from Dallas.

Woman, errr, I mean Doc, you are like a fine wine. I walk away for a couple of months and when I come back, you're better than ever and even more attractive! Sheesh! Good stuff as always and more impactful because of your lovely self demonstrating it. I volunteer to be the regional chair for the Doctor Kristie Fan Club in TN. Great stuff as always, that's coming from this old Power Pilates and Reflexology Trainer. God bless you lil lady and respect to the hubs...

Dear Dr Ennis, a big fan of yours, i was just wondering if your exercises have increased your drive in bed, or the frequency of intimate encounters you have?
