I am so happy with these new videos. Have been doing the older ones many times for the last year. Amazing kundalini, I love the breathing and your explanations about for example the life nerve or expanding your heart space. These things really enrich the practice for me. During Sat Kriya, on the "Sat" one should contract the rectum, sex organs and navel simultaneously, releasing them as you exhale the word "Nam". Root lock should also be applied on an inhale and exhale to end. That's very important. It also might be confusing to students that you stop chanting out loud.

Sorry, but you are incorrect. It is. There are hundreds of sets, consisting of segments which can be interchangeably used to create new sets. I have practiced for 25 years and taught for 15. This is kundalini yoga.
