Really enjoying this challenge! It’s the longest I have ever stuck to an exercise program! I haven’t missed a day yet, I’ve changed my eating to more clean foods and water. To date I have lost 8lbs!!! So happy 😀

Powerful! I cried so much in the first two exercises, and felt the release of all of it on the third--the rest of the exercises really grounded me and child's pose reconnected me. So very powerful and I am lighter and calm following. And I am compelled to just sit and be.

Ive discovered after these practices is a great time to send distance reiki if you have the ability! Wow! Sat Nam! Also cold & flu season so great time for todays practice. I havent skipped a day yet & I survived healthy while all my children were ill with fevers. :)

Wow that first practice was powerful, the weirdest thing, I had all this energy go into my lips or like around them. They like scrunched up, kinda like when you are about to cry but are holding it in. Interesting. Thank you so much. That was powerful.

dianadouma1976 kundalini yoga works on many different levels and sometimes releases deeply stored emotional traumas and feelings .. so it is normal to experience mood swings or cry or laugh for no particular reason.. it is a deep emotional cleanse so ease into it and let it take its course. Ok this one is a good practice, technical problems with no sound for first half, I would fix it and just leave as it is. More annoying adverts! Adds rally throw you out of the rhythm and tranquil mood as the sound is adjusted to the video but when adds kick in they much louder. Why you can't just add adds at the start?

Thank you for this video I've been doing it almost everyday for the past week. I was wondering if it's possible that if I'm doing it everyday or almost everyday I've noticed that I have a lump on the side of my neck I believe it's my lymph node. So is it possible that if I'm doing this practice a lot that maybe the swelling on my neck is because my body is trying to purge something? Thank you for your time
