1. Chest up 2. Shoulder blades retarct and depressed 3. Slight bend grab the bar 4. Slight arch in lower back 5. Hips hinge 6. Knees bend 7. Normal distance between knees 8. Thumbless grip 9. Movement starts from lats 10. Bar down till legs to eyes 11. Lower body fix 12. Dont roll shoulders

My coach always says.. heavy maro heavy... jis se lats pe kam ata hai shoulder joints aur tricepts pe ziydha.. plus bend pe perpendicular to floor kehta hai...

setup : pulley at top feet should be shoulder width dont roll shoulder due to heavy weights stiff and slight bent elbow
