Just thought I’d mention that you don’t need to turn off the start stop as long as you’ve got it in sport mode as it automatically does it

I’m trying this tomorrow! Wish me luck haha. I heard S TRONIC DSG automatic locks you at 3,000 rpm launch… is that not accurate? What’s your RP for launching your A3?

Guess just the DSG transmission has launch control. If your A3 like mine is tiptronic you cannot hold that amount of revs otherwise the car will start moving. However, it is still possible to brake boost a bit

There is no tiptronic A3, only S-tronic and it`s DSG
