In this video, Tim demonstrates how to move in, out, and through the "Lego" position. This is a great way to learn from your body to build movement options or a "movement vocabulary." It's also a great way to stay young and able. Give it a try!

Hi Tim I met you some years ago now in Brisbane, Australia. All these years later, every warmup/mobility drill is 10-15min, and I still incorporate rolls, segmental rolls, elevated rolls, head nods, AND the Lego movement too! Keep doing what your doing Tim as it’s great! 😊👊

I have been using this position. It’s been called Camel Pose as well as the Lego position, btw. Loved the video. Great stuff as usual!

@@OriginalStrengthSystem It’s beautiful written! Exactly what I feel. If the body is not strong, you can’t open yourself to the world…it’s very readable. I wish I had more time to read but when I have some free time in the evening I’m exercising at least 1 hour each day. But I’m trying to get muscles to contraction throughout all day. Some head nods in the car or on the chair. Some core/tva and glutes activation as I’m still too ap tilted and rotated and those moves also helps my shoulder blades. Sometimes it’s a lot of tightness in my body sometimes I feel free and strong like a bird but my posture and mobility has rapidly changed since I saw you first time on KZbin. I wish so much to visit your gym one day. God bless you Tim.
