Active Release Therapy has helped me (A.R.T) in combination with acupuncture. Up here in Canada some Chiropractors are trained in ART and acupuncture. I'm now using the Kineon Move + red light/laser on my hamstring, below my knee on the outside of my leg, and near my ankle. I had sciatica when I herniated my disc and the small toe and part of my left foot on the outside is numb. I once had treatment and the feeling in my small toe came back but then went back to being numb. It might be too late for me to totally fix it but I feel less tension now using the Kineon.

I went to an Acupuncturist who was highly recommended by a lot of people I know. She was amazing. After my first visit with her she told me a few problems she noticed during her examination. Three visits later, I had no more tingling in my legs and feet, not more back pain and even noticed I slept a lot better at night. I go for tune ups every three months and follow for the most part, eating patterns she suggested and what foods to eat less of. No big changes, but ones that actually made sense and helped. i wish I had known about her years earlier. Sadly, I can't get Medicare to help pay for it, but they do pay for BS medical care I got from Dr's who did me no good.

What ive learned in life is no one wants to be wrong. Especially a doctor😂. The chiropractic field is so underrated as most drs seem to think it is not significant to the patient. WHY?? Because there is no medication or surgical situations involved. Please.. Please do your body and life a favor and find a reputable doctor. The spine is the most important map system to your body right up there with vascular. Thank you doctor it is very true... "The more you know".. Knowledge is truly power.

Chiropractors don't solve the long-term problem of muscle imbalance that affects the bones. You have to keep going back. But they can provide significant temporary relief.

Thank you! I finally found the name for my most pressing problem. I've described the symptoms to multiple doctors and have told them what I thought it was (I seem to be right), but the GPs never diagnosed the problem. They scratched their heads, took measurements of nerve transmission in my legs and did an XRay of my spine, but nothing. Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome as you described it perfectly matches my experience. I have very flat feet and I've walked very long distances for years until this problem cropped up. Well it was sort of progressive starting with pain on the bottom of my feet. I'll be taking this to my GP next week and - from what I gathered from this video - will ask for a referral to a podiatrist.

Everything that you have explained in this video speaks to all of the issues that I'm having and I haven't had a doctor to explain it in this way. So far, all they have wanted to give me is injections and medication to the point that I refuse to get them anymore because it has not stopped the pain. I honestly do not think they really know how to deal with the issues that I am having. I will continue to follow you to get some clarity with diagnosis and treatment. Thank you for having this platform.

I have seen many specialty doctors for the tingling and burning in my feet and legs and none have been able to tell me conclusively what the problem was let alone to treat it. This video seems to explain very clearly and concisely what I started to suspect myself, a nerve compression in the spine and maybe the ankles. I am going to schedule an appointment with my doctor and refer to this video to ask for a new exploration into my symptoms. Thanks!

I have a hypothesis on neuropathy. When I was young you never heard of this condition. The increase of these two symptoms could rise from external sources. Such as what we ingest into our bodies or what we are exposed to in our atmosphere. Radio and microwave comes to mind. Something I might pursue a little more.

Very informative, I’ve been having tingling issues under balls of my feet for awhile. I see now some of the symptoms, and one is the lower back and sciatica nerve. Now I’m recovering from LKTR surgery and I’m certain that pathway has been compromised. Hopefully as I improve from LKTR I hoping the nerve repairs itself. At least things making sense. I’m In NJ I may have to come see you.
