I came across Wim on youtube while I was very sick, lying in the bad...I caught a bad flu. I started immediately WHM. I felt completely sound after two days, held my breath for 3 minutes after breathing rounds and showered with dead cold water in january. I felt and still feel like on coke all day long...amazing! I will practice WHM till I can live.

There is no doubt he is very healthy and it has beneficial effects on disease. He also talks about cruelty to animals in the food chain which impressed me. Meat eaters all need to look at how animals are raised and slaughtered and then make a conscientious decision on whether they should stop supporting such horrific cruelty. Plant based diet is the healthiest

This is all nice. I have done the breathing for 2 months. I have done cold showers. I still get sinus infections. I still get allergies. I have no idea how he controls the immune system.

Introduce good bacteria to your sinus cavity. Make your own kimchi Without the heat. Put some of the juice in water in a neti pot and flush each side of your sinus cavity and it will help balance your good bacteria and that will stop you from getting the infections. Kimchi has the same bacteria that we have in the sinuses. This stopped all my infections😊 And keep on going. I believ I heard wim Hof say it took him around a year to get rid of allergies.
