It's funny how in America, these "inclusive" groups really do not care at all about the Hispanics, Asians, or any other group other than the darkest variety. They'll use them as pawns for show when convenient, but when it comes down to actual job positions or the like, they do not care about anyone but themselves. What's really funny is how the breaking point for a lot of these people has come after seeing the migrants coming across the border and they're getting all the free money and cell phones that the darker ones here felt like they were entitled to. I had 14 years experience, was rated 'Outstanding' in appraisals, yet was driven out of my job in the Civil Service by 5 years of pay cuts while others got rises based purely on their demographic tickboxes. I spent three years fighting it in Tribunal before eventually losing on a technicality to a huge team of lawyers that the Civil Service spent millions of taxpayers money on. DEI has destroyed my life. I can only guess how many thousands of others have also been ruined.

I think this guy is lying. He might be claiming the pay rises are not inflationary and therefore are in practice cuts but I'm not sure. I work in local government and it’s almost impossible to get rid of incompetent and unproductive staff. Good people come and go, but the bad ones never leave because they know they'll never get such an easy ride elsewhere. Over time this leads to an accumulation of uselessness.
