As long as you're loving yourself and doing what you can to keep your body strong and healthy that's what matters. There are so many toxins in our world now that are out of our control and warring against good health. I'm 44 and still on a regular cycle, and taking weight off isn't easy. I find stress management, good sleep, getting enough Vit D, and staying appropriately active to be as big a factor as food. Health is a big formula and food is just one of the items. I'm plant based, I grow a large garden, and our own organic chickens for eggs. I still only see myself drop weight when I fast for 36-42 hours at least 4-5 times a month. (I would rather not eat for a day than calorie restrict for a week.) In 2019 I lost 35 lbs with fasting over 9 months. 2020-2023 saw me regain the weight. I havent fully committed to the consistent fasting again. I also think the older we get the more we have to accept that physical changes take longer. If you're renovating lots of life long habits to be healthier overall it may take years to know the full effects.

@@Boringcountrylife yes I very much h agree! There are si many factors these days! My focus is good health and accepting me as I am right now. ♥️♥️sounds like you do an amazing job of prioritizing healthy eating!
