I have my own place and she has hers. Works out great. No drama. We were blessed to be born and grow up prior to the internet age. I had an ideal childhood growing up on the farm. I mostly worry for my two daughters and my grandchildren going forward. I've found peace in my church and gave my second sermon in March. It's my mission to bring as many people back to the Lord as I can, and especially younger folks. It's the best way to build a better nation!

We're angry that nobody prioritized our development as kids and that nobody really gave us a clear picture of what to expect in the real world. @michaeldavid68328 ай бұрын
Virtue doesn't exist to help the world, it exists to prevent you from destroying yourself. But it's also no virtue to return virtue when your virtue is used as a weapon to force you to live up to a standard which your enemies don't possess. The lack or morality on the part of others doesn't obligate you to treating them morally... though you must pick your battles and for the long run. If I must work with those without virtue, there are ways of boxing them out or keeping them out of your domain -- as long as your domain is sufficiently removed that your silence prevents their machinaitons. When you find other men of real virtue -- and that's as rare as the Bible says it is -- you vet them until they prove themselves when the chips are down... or when they think they're down. When men of virtue and drive find common cause, like as not, they get way further in life than those who act alone. Still, it's impossible to make an old friend. Sometimes it takes years to reveal someone's bad character but you get better at seeing the red flags over time.

😮 that’s interesting. I’m starting to believe that married people in general approach single people because married men absolutely approach me, they have no shame. Just last year when I had literally just turned 18 an old married man grabbed my butt in church. In church!

There seems to be a gender ratio imbalance at play today that I think was not seen in prior generations. If you take a look at the data, there are many more single young men than single young women. And it seems there are just more young men overall by sheer numbers. Anecdotally, I see many more young men than young women in public and even more old people than either. It's a strange demographic in the USA right now. Probably will only get worse.

@@bumponlog No. It's hookup culture. When men don't need to marry get get segx, it keeps them on the market for the hundreds of XXs who are chasing them. Such men never marry because that's a huge pay cut. Those Chads can go through thousands in a lifetime. Access to such men was once restricted by vvomen who secured that man by holding out for the one who actually loved her. What did this do? It made Chad jaded because now every XX doesn't see any single man as more important than any other -- they think they can hedonistically sport-f**k their fertility away and secure some dupe rich Chad or rich Brad in their late 20s. Young Chads almost always began as loving boyfriends in their youth. It only takes one bad GF to convert a young idealistic Chad into the most rabid f**kboi. Once a guy sees a pattern of treatment that makes him feel disposable, he hardens his heart and returns the favor. And so Chad never commits because the love was beat out of him by his early GFs and he can at least gratify his segxual needs and put his problems on hold while bustin' it down. The XXs who are "ready to settle down" think that Chad is an option -- but Chad's love died a long time ago at the hands of someone just like she used to be -- hopping from bed to bed or the backseat of a car. It's not that Chad wouldn't have loved to find love, but he saw the red pill from the other side and it made him see a reality he can't forget. He knows he's not loved for who he is but for his appearance or status or both. As for all these XXs, the young Chads they betrayed in their youth become the f**kboys who never commit when that same reformed 304 wants to settle. They poisoned the well and don't seem to understand why they can no longer safely drink the water. Some of those young Chads just decide to bow out entirely because they were so disillusioned that they saw no point in pursuing sport-f**king. Either that, or they made the mistake of marrying one of these damaged creatures. The only Chads left on the field, are the f**kboys. Everyone else took the lesson and planned accordingly.

This guy is right. I played the game and was ready to say f it. Went to college and did everything I was told. Never missed a day of work. Never late. Cared the most about the projects. So worried I wasn’t making my corporate masters enough money so I’d push the people below me harder. I gave up on women years ago and went through a divorce. However, I’m 35 now and my life is changing for the better. Got my own business and work for myself. A few years ago I got my passport and got a great woman from Eastern Europe. My first kid will be born in a few months. You can have anything if you try hard enough and make sacrifices. It’s never too late. The first step is rejecting the programming from the education system, media and society.

So true bro, but so many are not willing to put in the work/sacrafice. I’m a nurse and, through covid, there’s been plentiful overtime with insane pay bonuses. I was able to almost triple my pay by simply being willing to work 60-70hour work weeks. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy, but I was paying off all my debt and now I’m investing over 2000 a month and getting secure. I also decided to continue living with my former spouse since we have such a low mortgage and low interest rate on our home. People look at me cross eyed for that, but I’m only paying 650/mn for my house and I’m banking money. Setting myself up for the future but doing what I need to do now. My spouse, who is a close friend now, complains about money but she drives an expensive car, eats out five times a week and doesn’t want to work extra. You can’t complain if you’re not willing to put in the work

I realized I can't and never had it in me to play the "back stabbing" game in thw work world. I've always been a confrontational guy, if we have a problem, we'll handle it. I couldn't last in a system where part of your job is to make sure no one takes yours. Even if you get people fired. Even by the closest person you know. Option #3 is where I am at. After the corporate world was a disaster I returned to option #3 with more vigor. It's all I had and I am glad in retrospect I got fired because I would have had to become back stabbing and butt kissing to adapt. For better or for worse, that will never be me. So you're right. Either play the game. Or start your own. Subbed.

In the Law of the Jungle morality and civility are seen as a weakness not a virtue.
@doncartier67969 ай бұрын
I disagree with that. I actually find the jungle to be more civilized in comparison to human society. What we say about the animals is really our projections of ourselves. There’s nothing more uncivilized than a human being. A tiger is uncivilized, it’s supposed to be a predator. Humans, we pride ourselves on being more than our base desires. How’s that going for us these days? And we have the conceit to call the jungle uncivilized, I find nothing more insulting than to call humanity a higher species.

None of that mattered in the end, she just asked for a break or breakup one day despite months of no problems and I didn't budge. Stole the house too. Someone said in the comments he was more happy when he was alone, than he was in his marriage. I think we can all learn from that. All shit we hear and see on internet this days too, it's easy to get confuse. Dont hurry and stress about all things. Work on yourself and try to be happy in you're own skin, and maybe sometimes think 3 times before you do something, cause as much as we live in a beautiful world it can also be fuckt up and make life hell. Stay strong guys and enjoy the ride!
