I've been to about 40 games in my life and this was the craziest thing I've ever seen. We were down 7-2 and we Made it 7-8. At the end the leaf fans were miserable. They all expected to lose, hell i expected them to lose. I introduced my friend to hockey tonight and I couldn't have picked a better one. LGRW Leafs are good too!

I actually think by eye test that Mrazek was the best goalie in this game, although that's not a high bar. Also it may be a bit of recency bias since Campbell mostly did do really well until the 3rd (dang-it aside)

Where to even start, I’ve never seen the Leafs score 10 goals or even all 4 goalies play. It looked like I was watching a chel game with some of those goals. When I got home I turned the game on and somehow thought that my body had warped back to 2009 because it said 8-7. Have you ever watched the series Dead Like Me? I have said for several years, no lead is safe with the Leafs on the ice. Until the number of minutes is lower than the number of goals to tie it (assuming the goal number is more than 2), the lead is not safe. It doesn't even matter who's lead it is, it's just straight up not safe.

I missed nearly all the game. I got in my car to go to work, and all I heard was 'holeeeey mackinaw....Kase scores! 9 to 7'....And then I heard 'Nice save by Mrazek, well I guess ANY save is a nice one tonight'. 6point night for Marner, and they needed EVERY SINGLE ONE of them.....well they had like one or two to spare, but I don't trust these guys to keep a one goal lead... Also, unrelated, but my Dad's named Michael, so I gave him an autographed Michael Rasmussen rookie card for Xmas last year....happy to see the kid can actually play.

I fully expected a 20 minute video of Steve just laughing...and laughing...and laughing...shots of him laughing on the floor, upside down, from the other room, from upstairs, a shot of Leo laughing, random animals, a jump-cut to something calming, back to Steve laughing...and then just jumping to the end credits.

no deadline goalie is gonna save this team. i heard a lot of fleury suggestions but he's been bad this year, reimer was like campbell: top 5 through 30 games and fell off a cliff. really all you can do is call up Woll and hope he keeps it to 3 a night.... i'm pretty sure they have ian scott pegged as the future and don't wanna fuck him up sorta like philly did to hart.
