I didn't even realised this is 20 minutes it went so fast and I'm a beginner and I can do all of this exercises and it actually feels like it burns its one of the best workouts I've ever tired.

I enjoyed MANY things about this workout: 1. I loved that you didn’t talk the whole time. I’d watch one or two of your motions, close my eyes, and enjoy the music. Most people talk the entire time and I find it both distracting and exasperating. Thank you! 2. The timer was huge. I do not like numbered countdowns at all, but that is what almost every instructor does. 3. I love that you stayed in a position for 30-45 seconds instead of switching constantly. It gave the opportunity to really feel each move. Take care and thank you for your videos!

i’ve been doing this workout for the last 2 weeks ( 3 times a week) and i can already see some results especially with my lower body!!! my booty looks plumper and my thighs look slimmer !! love this workout 💞

doing this workout for one month! day 1: it was hard, but i made it wit no breaks. i had to grab a pillow though for my knees and feet, but this workout is insanely good! Day 2: I did it guys!!! I’m very glad to be honest, because I had a very stressful day but I successfully finished this workout. It was much much easier than yesterday and (even though the ab exercises were killing me) i felt it really good. I think this is a very good video and btw I can already feel some results 🫶🏻 I dare you to do the same Now Day 3: was still hard but much much easier. And damn it, I can already feel my abs and woah they are insanely strong… :) Day 4: had to do a rest day bc I had a really bad head ache Day 5: it was much much easier and I didn’t even needed a break. So I would say this workout definitely gives me the strength I want and yeah Day 6: It was literally soooo easy for me today and i was astunished when i saw my body, because damn... it was toned and i could see some abs there. So the pain is totally worth it :) Day 7: rest day again bc my muscles were burningggg day 8: finished it, and my muscles are burningg but it feels incredible good. i also realized that my booty started to grow... btw i did a brutal 6 min ab workout afterwards and whoa that felt good. Day 8: I’m not at home I’m very sorry Day 9: I will try to do it but I’m coming home very late… (did it) Day 10: felt great doing it and it was so much easier Results so far: started to feel my abs like stones and also realised that my body now looks mit like an ⏳ Would definitely recommend this workout plz remind me the other days...

⭐️ this workout is ACTUALLY beginner, every other beginner workout its either too advanced for me or the timer goes to fast. However, with you, you actually let us have time to position in to the move while others don’t and they skip on to the next move.

OMG I’ve done this workout only 4 times and my hip dips are almost gone, abs are more refined, although it was very pleasurable, perfect balance between burn, rest and fun… Is this the best ever workout for beginners? Thank you so much ☺️

I have been doing this workout for almost 3 weeks now, 6 days a week, along with cardio. and I just want to say it is absolutely amazing! it was so hard for me to do when I was starting out, but I can already see a difference in my body and it's so much easier now. I have started to do the 30 min fully body pilates workout as well, and its also fabulous! thank you for the inspiration!

Hello, to whom ever reading this! I wanted to say this has brought me so far in my journey of acquiring the physique I want. I started as normal, about average weight, no abs, meh legs (not toned)--- as of doing this every day for a month, I now have VERY toned abs, arms, AND legs. I have SURPASSED my dream physique, and am very grateful to have found these videos, as they have led me to a more consistent lifestyle. I believe I will start to make my own videos of this kind in my near future, thank you.

doing this everyday until July, along with at least 5k steps a day (writing here in order to keep on doing it) in case someone wants to ask if it helps with loosing weight, I have no clue, I'm not planning on weighting myself for a few personal reasons :)) Day 1 - feel the burn on my abs, quite motivated after reading other people’s comments that it works Day 2 - my abs are on fire, they were still hurting from day 1, but today the pain is double Day 3- once again my abs are burning, but I'm starting to see a little bit of a difference Day 4 - was able to complete every exercise without any need to stop, can feel the burn, but there is less pain Day 5 - I'm actually proud of myself that I keep on going, its motivating, when it has only been 5 days and I can already see some of the results (my hands are getting slimmer, abs are starting to get a little bit visible) Day 6 - I don't know why, but today it was a bit harder for me to complete the exercises but I did it and I'm proud of myself Day 7 - I had no energy today, so this workout was not easy, I think I might take a break on day 8, to let my muscles rest for a day Day 8 - skipped to allow my muscles to rest after doing this for a week Day 9 - did it, it was easier than on day 7, that means, that the rest I took on day 8 was very much needed Days 10-12 - I got really sick, so I had to skip these days Day 13 - damnn, you skip few days, and the burn is insaaane, but overall, it's good to be back to doing this workout, I feel so much better after it Day 14 - I can't believe it has been 2 weeks already and I am still going, I guess what motivates me is the fact, that you can really see the results (my waist getting smaller, thighs too) Day 15 - I don't get this workout, it does not get any easier! But I still love it so much, you feel the burn and you feel great too :)) Day 16 - Really didn't have the motivation to do it, but still did it, I don't know why, but it was hard today Day 17 - did it! Day 18 - Finally the exercises became a little bit easier to do, but I still sweat quite a lot! Started noticing my stomach getting flatter, arms slimmer Day 19 - muscles rest day Day 20 - The burn is real, I don't feel as much pain as I did before, but I am still sweating like crazy Day 21 - Did it

wow I was talking with my friend how I didn't like pilates because I didn't feel it 😭 and then just to see I searched pilates workout and found your video! omg it was sooo good. I didn't felt tired but I felt like I was doing something. so nice. Day 1: 💖 A bit confused but made it, had to look at the screen a lot. Felt the burn tho Day 2: ⭐️ Made sure to do the exercises slowly and with control and felt more of a burn in my abs. Day 3: 💖 Felt very sore in my legs in the morning and did the workout at night. The workout feels much more easier. Day 4: ⭐️ Definitelty the day the workout felt the easiest. Will continue everyday. Day 5: 💖 My waist is smaller and I can see the hourglass shape becoming more prominent! Day 6: ⭐️ Workout went by so easy! Added 20 push-ups at the end of every workout. Day 7: 🎉 Went to a party so rest day! Day 8: 💖 Still got it after my rest day and felt the heat on this one. Day 9: ⭐️ I feel steonger and more controlled in these exercises. My legs are looking slimmer too! Day 10: 💖 I sweated a ton during the workout because it’s summer and no ac rip but I did it yayyy Day 11: ⭐️ My arms were feeling the burn and so were my abs. This workout doesn’t fail to give me that burn 🔥 Day 12: 💖 Went swimming today and then did this workout a few hours later. Ima try to workout in the morning instead. My waist is getting tiny but I also have to eat healthier 😀 Day 13: Taking a break cause of personal stuff but I will double the workout tomorrow plus I have a skating lesson yayyy Day 14: ⭐️ Managed to do this workout during morning and afternoon, no progress lost! Tomorrow I will update with measurements. Day 15: 💖 This workout went by really fast and my waist is 25 inches! Day 16: ⭐️ I’m aiming for a 24 inch waist so hopefully I reach it soon. The weather is getting hot so I definitely felt the heat 🔥 Day 17: 💖 My abs were so sore from yesterday but I powered it through! Sometimes I fast forward the breaks to get it over with lol Day 18: Had a bad day so didn’t workout :c Day 19: ⭐️ Doubling the workout because I missed yesterday. Feeling so much better! Working out brings me to a better mood :DD Day 20: 💖 I began this workout more early than usual and my abs are more noticeable! Day 21: ⭐️ My booty is very bubbly looking omg! Also Happy July 4th everyone 🇺🇸🦅 Day 22: 💖 Did this workout a bit late at night but I did 2 sets of 20 push-ups. I’ve also been counting how many reps I do especially exercises like the fire hydrant so each leg is equal in exercise if that makes sense. Day 23: ⭐️ Woke up late so did this workout a bit late again ahaha. I love how I feel this workout working in my abs so I hope to get a 24in waist soon c: Day 24: 🎉 Rest day but did my stretching routine. Tomorrow I have a skating lesson and will get back to working out! Day 25: 💖 Today I ate lots of fruits and made a smoothie bowl which I’m proud of 🥰 skating really tired me out and I didn’t have much stamina in the workout today but I felt stronger once I’m done! Day 26: ⭐️ I’m continuing to eat more healthy and todays workout was easier than yesterday. This workout is really making my hips wider which I’m happy with c: Day 27: 💖 Did 2 sets of 20 push-ups with this workout again! I keep doing this workout late but tomorrow I will do this in the morning for realsies Day 28: ⭐️ Today I did my stretching routine, practiced my handstands and did this workout! I also made those strawberry cluster you guest and they’re delish 😋 After the workout I had a yummy mango smoothie bowl 🥭 Day 29: 💖 I really slept in today so I finished my stretching routine and workout in the afternoon. Plan on updating my measurements tomorrow c: Day 30: ⭐️ Did this workout late once again so ima update my measurements tomorrow morning -update: my waist is still the same at 25in and my hips gained half an inch Day 31: 💖 Today I had my ice skating lesson, stretched, and worked out! This workout is literally so easy for me now :DD Day 32: ⭐️ This is going to be my last update yall. I will continue to do this workout and I recommend it if you want that hourglass shape c: 💕 Measurements: Waist: 25in Hips: 36 1/2in

I’ve been doing this workout every day for a week and I love it! I notice I won’t come back to a workout video very often if I have to listen to the same things being said over and over so I really like that there isn’t much talking in this video.

doing this workout everyday until i’m satisfied :) day 1: was suprisingly easy, loved the burn! 20 minutes went by super fast, i’ll try to update everyday! day 2: a bit harder today, i was tired but i made it through the whole thing day 3: i woke up looking slimmer & felt a bit sore, the fire hydrants were super hard day 4: needed a rest day, i was super sore

Yeah, me. My parents are saying that I’m not fat so I don’t need to work out. I’m just doing it cuz it makes me feel good and it helps me build muscles. I am on my jurmey at home and I’m getting amaizing results. Hope ur good and have a good day if ur reading this ☺️

Hi, I am doing this workout again after 3 months so I am going to share my results again! Day 1: ✅ It was easy even though I haven't trained since the beginning September! Day 2: ✅ It was very easy even though I had very tough day. Day 3: ✅ Very easy. Day 4: ✅ Today it was a little bit harder because I had such a tiring day. Day 5: ✅ Such an easy and enjoyable workout! Day 6: ✅ Easy as always! Day 7: ✅ Today was my last day so I could say that I really love this workout!

i will be doing this workout till atleast april and keep updating everday! 1. day: ✅it was really exhausting but i did it without taking a break! honestly its a really nice workout and i can definetly see myself doing it for a really long time =) 2. day: ✅i felt kind of sore after yesterday but still did it today. some exercises also felt a little bit easier so i am quite happy! my only problem is doing the ab exercises because of my lower back pain... i hope i can improve my core and loosen the pain a bit... =) 3. day: ✅still hard but it makes me feel SO much better about myself! :D 4. day: ✅ i had to take longer breaks because i was really exhaused and tired T_T the workout slowly becomes easier! the only exercises that really hurt my spine and lower back are the ab ones... its not as extreme as it was on the first and second day but still a lot of pain to take in :/ 5. day: ✅it felt a LOT easier today which really suprised me because it was still quite hard yesterday? i feel so much better about my body and i am really happy about the progess since my body looks a bit more toned and my abs feel/look more defined =) 6. day: ✅it was another exhausting day and i really dreaded to do the workout but oh my god!!! it went by SO nicely and easily? i also started seeing massive improvements with my back pain as it has decreased immensely! i absolutely LOVE doing this workout =) 7. day: ✅i am happy with the results and will continue doing it! i am excited to think about how i will look in a month doing this workout 8. day: ✅did it in the morning on an empty stomach and it felt a bit harder than usual. i will probably continue doing it on an empty stomach on the weekends to challenge myself a bit! my legs slimmed a bit and my abs are way more defined 9. day: ❌rest day (just did some stretching) ^_^ 10. day: ✅it felt definetly more intense than the other days, probably because of my rest day but thats fine! i feel a lot stronger and happier with myself 11. day: ✅another intense workout session! i didnt even notice but my butt is SO MUCH bigger? i didnt keep an eye for it since my main goal were my abs but thats really nice to see. i thought it would take a longer time period to see such an improvement! my pants feel quite filled out now =) 12. day: ❌didnt have the time and energy to do todays workout. it was a mentally draining day... hopefully tomorrow will be better 13. day: ✅completed it on an empty stomach in the morning! it went by quick and was really enjoyable! until now i have seen an increase in my buttsize, reduction of love handles, more definition on my abs and a tighter look on my thighs =) 14. day: ✅another day of finishing this workout! 15. day: ✅i dont know why but it felt really challenging today (?) it might have been because i ate too much today and did this before going to sleep... i am also kind of confused since i have not been seeing new results anymore :< hopefully the next few days will be better! 16. day: ❔i could only finish half of todays workout... i have been extremely tired today and almost passed out doing this lol i wish i could have complated today T_T i will try to get as much rest as possible to finish it tomorrow! 17. day: ❌rest day because i was sick T_T 18. day: ✅finished the workout! it was quite challenging but i felt a lot better! my reason for not seeing anymore results was my bloating that went away after doing a lymphatic drainage so i am really relieved! 19. day: ❌didnt have any time :/ 20. day: ❌didnt have any time :/ 21. day: ✅finished todays workout! it has gotten a bit harder again but its still enjoyable. my results are also still present (apart from my ab definition being a bit weaker) so thats quite nice and definetly motivational 22. day: ✅another finished day! i am really happy about the results feel really motivated especially with the supportive comments =) 23. day: ✅ it feels really relaxing doing this before going to sleep lol my waist definetly ooks tighter and slimmer as well as my thighs! 24. day: ❌rest day (just did some stretching) ^_^ 25. day: today i took it easy. it was really nice and refreshing to do especially after a really stressful day ^_^ 26. day: 27. day: 28. day: 29. day: 30. day: 31. day:

Doing this workout for 2 weeks! Day 1: ✅ started off easy but started to get hard to towards the end. Definitely felt the burn! Day 2: complete! ✅ Day3 : complete! ✅

i will do like everyone else by writing a comment and updating every day. day 1: I am absolutely not into sport and I wanted to start Pilate to get back in shape. It was difficult but I made it! I feel exhausted but a good exhaustion! I feel the aches coming 😅 I generally succeeded in all the exercises by taking several breaks. my goal: to take fewer breaks and do the exercises more easily. Thank you for this video, I love your content!

@katriel I do 3 workouts a week, after the first workout I had a lot of aches as I'm not athletic at all so it was difficult, but it's going well 👍🏻 I sometimes have trouble finishing the exercises so I'm taking more breaks but it's a start 😅

doing this for a week! day 1! completed also did your ab pilates workout! felt the burn 💗 day 2!felt the burn! really good workout ⭐ 💕 starting again for 1 week ! 💗💕 day 1! i made my way through it i love this workout ⭐💗 i burnt around 115 calories (in 14 mins bc I didn't record how many in the full 20 xx) day 2! i actually really feel the burn ⭐💗 i burnt 158 calories ( in the full 20 mins ) day 3! i feel like i'm actually doing it properly and i can see slight progress ⭐💗💕 ( didn't count calories burnt today 💔) day 4! felt this in my abs today ⭐💕( calories burnt: 156) day 5! i was a but unmotivated to do this today but i pushed through!⭐💕 ( calories burnt: 163💕) day 6! i didn't feel the best today but i pushed through ⭐💕 tommorow is my first full week 💕💕 ( calories burnt: 155) day 7! i was sick so skipped 💔 day 8! lacked motivation and still felt a bit sick so i skipped again day 9! i completed the workout today after 2 days off ⭐💕 (burnt calories :157! )

I will start doing this workout 5 times a week (I am busy 2 days.) I started on 10/4/23 and I weigh 80kg (I will update on my weight at the end of each week.). Day 1: The workout was pretty easy though I did struggle in a few exercises but the burn felt really good. Day 2: The workout was easier but I felt the burn so much more. Day 3: I had a rest day yesterday so I was excited to do the workout again today. Again it was really easy and I'm getting better it still burns though. Day 4: I ended up doing today on my floorboards with my dog so it was a bit more broken up bit I still got it done. Day 5: I had another rest day yesterday and honestly wasn't feeling very motivated today but I did it anyway. I will update my weight tomorrow. (But please do keep in mind everyone's bodies are different and I may get different results from you so these are just what I have experienced.) Day 6: Easy still felt the burn though. I now weigh 78kg and I have been doing no dieting and I's on school holidays so I'm less active than usual. Day 7: Still easy the burn wasn't there as much today though. I also went on a 40 minute walk. Day 8: I took another rest day yesterday instead of Saturday since my knee was playing up but I was back at it I felt the burn alot more at the ab section then usually but still really easy. Day 9: Sorry for not updating I was at a friends house and my scale is broken so I won't be able to update my weigh this week but my new should be here by next week so I'll update then. Anyway the workout is still really easy and I did alot of walking the past few days. Day 10: Still really easy and still burnt. Day 11: The ab section burnt so much more than usual. I also started back up at school yesterday so I'll be more active. Day 12: I took it easy toda6y since my knees were really sore I still did the work out I just had longer breaks. Day 13: Again easy I still took longer breaks but I will update my weight tomorrow since my scale came in today. Day 14: I weight 80kg and the burn felt really good today. I took the week off from the work out I have been really sore and busy and haven't been able to find time but I did 10,000 steps a day and still did some workouts and sports through out the week so there probably won't be much change in my weight but yeah sorry. I apologise for my lack of updating but I will have to take another week off since I got my eras pierced and I don't want to bang them or anything. I may just stop doing this all together since I am busy and I haven't had the time. But my review on the work out it is a very easy work out and it makes you feel the burn and feel like it's doing something. I didn't notice much change in my figure but I am a chubbier person my weight fluctuated though which is normal. But if you want something that'll just keep you that bit more active I defenitly recommend this.

I never comment on things but this is such a good workout, it’s legitimately beginner friendly and gives you just the right amount of burn without killing you lol. I’ve done it three days in a row now and it’s already easier to do but still brings that burn that makes you feel accomplished after

Doing this for 25 days for a summer body (ON A DIET) 🥗🫶🧘‍♀️💅💪 MEASUREMENTS: 127 lb, Waist 71.5cm, Thighs 50 cm, Arms 27 cm Day 1: 🎉 Wow it felt really good exercising again! Ive been doing this workout for about a month already and ive lost 3 pounds! I probably would have lost more if i stopped eating out but i still am seeing results so im not complaining! Ive seen results on my waist, and my collarbones are more visible which they werent before which is great. I love this workout its nice and easy compared to some other workouts. ❤️❤️❤️

doing this for a month !! ( tryna loose a lil weight before school starts ) day 1: ✅ honestly wasn’t bad, i was expecting myself to not even finish but i finished the whole workout . my abs didn’t burn that much compared to other workouts i’ve done, but the arm workouts def burned day 2: ✅ today i felt the burn more rather than yesterday, my abs were on fire after the crunches with the legs crossed workout, and when i woke up this morning i could see my ab line a little bit so this is definitely working! 🤗 day 3: ❌ i couldn’t do it today because i was really busy and had work but i’ll def be doing it tmr day 4: ❌ i didn’t do it bc i had work then i had to go do some stuff after that😭 day 5: ✅ today was harder than before, maybe because i ate junk food yesterday and then i didn’t do it for 2 days but i’m glad i finished today !😇 day 6: ❌ i didn’t do it because i was out the whole day and didn’t get home till late, plus i’ve been eating a lot of junk food td😓 day 7: ✅ i completed today, it was way harder than usual, but i’ve been eating junk food and i was really bloated when i did today workout so that’s probably why. i’m not eating junk food for the rest of the week, or at least i’ll try not to🙏

Day 1: I did it. It was a little difficult but I finished. Day 2: wow I finished it. I'm good. I hope I can do it again. Day 3: I coped. I hope I will have the strength to do it again. je suis (peut être) le commentaire français que tu cherches !! je commence aujourd'hui et je vais essayer de faire ces exercices pendant au moins 1 mois 1 fois par jour pendant 6j + 1 jour de rest le mardi (je finis les cours à 20h donc bon) jour 1 : j'ai définitivement senti mes muscles brûler !! au bout d'environ 15min je commençais à lacher mais je suis aller jusqu'au bout. à demain !!! jour 2 : j'ai pas eu trop de courbature suite à hier et j'ai fait ma séance avec un mal de crâne, mais je l'ai faite, je me suis moins "stopper" qu'hier et j'ai l'impression de mieux réaliser les exercices comme je les connais déjà. je vais prendre uen bonne douche et je vous dit à demain bonne nuit !! jour 3 : je sens vraiment que les exercices sont plus faciles et je tiens mieux là où j'avais des difficultés (surtout le gainage avec les bras à mettre sur le coté là c'est duuuur), demain day off à après demain !! jour 4 : rest jour 5 : séance biiiien tard car j'avais la flemme et j'ai procrastiner longtemps sur tiktok mais je l'ai faites quand mm (à 23h ...) je prend vraiment du plaisir à faire la séance et j'ai réussi à tenir sur les exercices de gainage, j'ai perdu un peu de poids mais je ne sais pas si c'est juste des fluctuations normales ou si ça à un rapport avec le fait que je mange mieux + sport. bonne nuit à demain!! jour 6 : j'ai fait ma séance, un peu de mal comme pas trop envie (je suis stressééééée) mais ça fait du bien. je suis choquée aujourd'hui j'ai essayé de faire un squat pour voir si c'était plus simple et je suis descendu juuuusqu'en bas j'suis choquée c'est la première fois de ma vie mdrr. bon à demain bonne nuit mes bêtes de meufs jour 7 : j'ai pas fait ma séance je suis rentrée chez moi j'ai dormi à 18h pour me réveiller que le lendemai matin lol jour 8 : 1 semaine pile et je fais la séance en entière sans flancher et je suis fière de moi pour ça ! je l'ai fait tard encore mais j'essaie de travailler ma discipline donc je la fais quand même je vous dit demain si j'ai vu une différence physique bonne nuit !!

Doing pilates until summer break! Day 1: Did 10min of pilate, it was the first time! Felt quit hard but I did it! Day2: Did 10min of pilates again (another video of her channel), fell difficult but a less harder than yesterday. Day3: Did 20min of pilate (this video), the abs exercices killed me, and I had to take lil break during the countdown bc it was too hard lol. Hope it will be easier tomorrow! Day4: Did it like yesterday, the abs exercices were still hard but maybe a lil easier than last time, had to take a break during an exercice, my muscle couldn’t stand the effort Day5 tomorrow!

doing this workout for 3 MONTHS!! so i’ll put my progress here. TRYING TO LOOSE 15 POUNDS :3 although here’s some things to know: • i am in a calorie deficit and try to eat relatively healthy •i am 5’3 & 125 pounds •i drink 1 gallon of water a day •i also walk/jog on the treadmill everyday for at least an hour •i’m gonna try to do this workout 2 times a day the only time i can’t is on the weekends bc i have work :( day 1: ✅ this workout is super fun and i enjoy it a lot, definitely felt a burn in all the right spots!

Birthday is exactly in one month! I’ll be following this workout for a whole month everyday and will track my improvement and final results 🫡⭐️ I will also be running one mile everyday after my workout and possible incorporating a 10min ab workout. I am also cutting out all unnecessary snacking, drinks, ands foods that are not healthy for me. Sticking to only my 3 daily meals. Current weight: 150 Day 1: Pretty easy, I’ve heard so much about Pilates I didn’t think it would be so easy and simple, felt a little bit of burn but not too much. I did an ab workout right after and a mile run! Day 2: Was not as easy as yesterday, definitely felt the burn, also felt a little sore waking up this morning. Struggled a little bit on some workouts just from the burn and soreness, Loved how I felt today! I will be doing my second ab workout and one mile run. Day 3: Still feel a bit sore, definitely felt the burn during this workout today. Will be doing an ab workout next and one mile run. Day 4: Not too sore anymore. Workout was a lot easier to do today. Not seeing any results but I do feel more confident. Will be doing my ab workout next and one mile run! Day 5: did not do, was not home all day, :( Day 6: so much easier and I was also a lot more excited to do the workout, still have not seen much results but i feel confident that I soon will. I will now be doing an ab workout and mile run, also might jump rope for 10 mins Day 7: I think I’m seeing some improvement in my body 🤩 I feel like I look slimmer, wasn’t too hard today but I did feel the burn! On to my ab workout and mile run. Yesterday I also added an arm workout! Day 8: It’s become easier but i still feel the same burn for all’ exercises! Not showing much improvement yet but I believe I will soon! Will now be doing my ab workout, arm workout, and one mile run. Day 9: completed! Same level of difficulty still, felt sore all day yesterday. On to my next workout Day 10: completed! Day 11: completed! I do think my waist might be tad bit smaller. Workout still feels the same it doesn’t get too easy for me. I’m hoping to see really good results by The end of the month Day 12: completed! I was feeling really insecure about my body today but this workout has become a habit now and every time I finish it I feel better confident! Still feel the burn, can’t wait to see the results I ge Day 13: completed! I look a bit slimmer and I still feel the burn Day 14: completed! Day 15: completed! Gets easier and I still feel the burn each time! My waist and arms look smaller as well! Day 30 is almost here Day 16: I really was not in the mood to working out but I’m glad I did ! I feel a lot slimmer and it was a lot easier to do today Day 17: I’m seeing some differences in my body 🤩 my stomach is starting to look more toned, my stomach and arms and back look slimmer, I’m excited to see how I’ll look at the end of the month. Completed workout today now on to my next ones Day 18: completed! Been feeling so good about my body, stomach does look slimmer Day 19: did not do Day 20: did not do Day 21: did not do Day 22: I had a family emergency these past 3 days and I was very stressed and busy, I finally got back into it today and the workout felt very easy to do! Maybe a break was needed. I lost 2 pounds and I have definitely felt a lot more slimmer. I’m going to add an extra 3 days to the end of the month to make up for my missed days Day 23: almost there! Felt really good today, obsessed with how my stomach and arms and back have been looking. Still feel the burn doing the workout Day 24: did not do. Family is staying over from out of state. Cousin sleeps in my room :/ Day 25: not completed Day 26: completed! Was so easy to do today and it felt good getting back on track. another pound down! At 147lbs now.

Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard I espected hahah, but still it wasn't easy. It took me 25 minutes to do the entite workout because I had to change my body position nearly every exersice, but even though all of this, that workout is amazing! Day 2: ✅ It was much easier than yesterday! Day 3: ✅ It was very easy! Day 4: ✅ It was child's play today! Day 5: ✅ It was easy as always hahah! Day 6: ✅ Such an easy workout! Day 7: ✅ It was my last day so it is time for results! I can say that I see big changes in my body just for one week!

I’m a weightlifting girlie but I moved to a new place so to keep my body a lil lubricated, thought I will try at home Pilates since I HATE hiit workouts with a passion. Started yesterday- Day 1- felt pretty good. Felt my muscles cramp a few times. Day 2- easier than yesterday. day 3, 4- skipped cos it’s the weekend. feeling good tho! day 5- struggled a little but still managed to do it without pauses. physically i’ve noticed some changes. the gap between my thighs are bigger and my 11 line abs is more prominent. i wasn’t sure whether to update on this since i’ve not even done this for a week (i’m not doing any other exercises or workout since i’m really busy). for now, i’m not sure it is the pilates or smth else. we’ll know after a few more weeks :) day 6- i feel really good. not much physical changes (as expected) but otherwise, it’s getting easier to finish without having to pause. day 7- I love this workout sm. I feel really good doing this. My abs def feels harder. The only problem I have is ads in the middle of the sets. If the ads was structured after the sets or in breaks, it would be great 😅 day 8- i did this for about a week, and i wanted something more challenging so i switched to intermediate workouts. good luck to everyone who will try this! it’s def worth your time :)

Day one: definitely felt a little burn but i think i did pretty well!! i took only a few extra breaks (mostly in the ab workouts) i dont feel any difference as expected but im excited for results to come! Day two: quite a bit easier than before and i only took one extra break. i was looking forward to doing this and i also decided to do some more ab workouts after i finished because i really wanted a flat stomach for summer! Day three: i felt super guilty today because i couldnt do the workout. i was running a fever but it was for the best i was also sore. Day Four: Still sick :( Day Five: finally able to workout out again!! i wasnt struggling too much but my knees were hurting since all i have been doing is sitting. i wanted to do some extra ab workouts but i didnt have time to, i plan on doing them tomorrow! im not seeing any progress but after all i did just start. Day Six: Today went well! i didnt take any extra breaks and i also decided to jump on the trampoline. Day Seven: i really didnt want to work out today but i pushed through because i knew i would regret it later! im really proud that i decided to work out and i think that i am seeing small changes!! Day Eight: Soo close to not doing it today.. i was on a time crunch and i wasnt sure if i would have enough time so i wanted to just not do it. but i did it anyways and now i feel great! felt the burn in my abs and legs Day Nine: Break day! Day Ten: I didnt do this workout but i went and played tennis to count for one! Day Eleven: Today i had a tennis lesson that KILLED me. i also jumped on the trampoline and finally got my front walkover! safe to say i didnt feel up to do a whole workout but instead i did a quick ab workout. my abs were crying Day Twelve: finally started doing the video again! i felt great (definitely felt the burn) i wanted to quit like halfway through but i knew i would feel horrible if i did that. i noticed that there is less fat around my armpits and i am soo happy!! i never knew how to get rid if it Day Thirteen: Today i did a lot of workouts! i played tennis, jumped on my trampoline, did this video, and an extra ab workout!! Im going to the beach soon so i really want a flat ish stomach so in doing extra

Doing this Workout for 30 Days! Reminders are appreciated! Day one: I am sweating, definitely recommend. Not as tiring as expected, don't forget to breath while doing the workout!

this is definitely the best workout video i have ever came across, it is hard and you can definitely feel the burn, but at the same time, the workouts are simple and easy to do. also, the entire 20 minutes went by so quickly, i was shocked when she said that it was halfway already, and it finished so quickly afterwards. i love this workout and i will definitely come back again. ❤⭐

doing this workout for a week!!! Day 1: it was really hard and it burnt SO BAD but I pushed through 💔💔 Day 2: I only did half of it because my mom invited my cousins so I hung out with them but I had done 15 min Pilates earlier today so I think it’s fine. But I can see some results Day 3: definitely a lot easier and I can already see results!!! My stomach is a lot flatter and a lot less bloated!! Day 4: it got easier but it’s still hard!! by the way I have added another 15 min Pilates to my workout routine along with le sserafim workout!! And the results are amazing even though I am eating junk food day 5: results are amazing! my thighs look slimmer and my waist definitely got a bit smaller🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

height: 1.72 cm weight: 70.5 kg day 1: was a little hard but i did it 🎉 day 2: my whole body hurts but i still did it!! day 3: this was very difficult for me today. i really felt the burn but i already feel great and more toned day 4: omg my legs are hurting so much but somehow the workouts were easier. i feel stronger 🫡 day 5: super easy and feeling strong. kinda feeling like doing something else. im gonna do some chloe ting butt workout and i’m done

Im doing this workout for 30 days while doing daily cardio of walking incline for 30 mins! I’ll be updating :) Day 1: it was nice but as an 88kg girly it was difficult to move body around because of how heavy it felt like.

Am gonna do this for complete one month and update the results here. DAY 1: couldn't do all the reps for some exercises ...take rest in between and completed the session... Felt the burn especially in the abs... DAY 2 : done the complete workout, though i felt pain in my legs... Feeling the lightness in my body already... Couldn't do for 4 days🥲 So again DAY 1 : completed DAY 2: DONE DAY 3: DONE DAY4 :DONE(7/3)
