Thank you so much for this . I did the 10 minutes exercise foe 2 days and this 30mins exercise once. The first night I did the 30mins exercise my mucus plug came out and water broke almost immediately, contraction started I went into labour and after 6hrs my baby girl arrived through normal delivery without tear. All thanks be to God almighty.

I was told I was having a large baby and would be induced. I was so terrified, I really I wanted to go into natural labor, that was my dream! I did this workout on 38+2 and I couldn't believe!!! OMG!! I went into the labor a few hours later. Not sure if it was a coincidence, but this absolutely worked for me and I gave a birth to my baby girl this evening. All I can say THANK YOUUUUU!!! Thank you, Liel. I did follow all your pregnancy workouts and yoga throughout my entire pregnancy and I had such a wonderful, all natural birth. I'm having goosebumps while writing this 😭😭😭 God bless you mama ❤️ Can't wait to do all your mommy and baby videos!

I did the 10 minute workout two days in a row, and combined this workout on the second day and the next morning I went into labor. Arrived at the hospital at 10:30am and delivered baby girl at 12:30pm. These videos work! Thank you!

I am here to say thank you for this video. It's been 1 year and 6 months since I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I was 8 minutes into the video and my water broke at exactly 41 weeks 😊 I couldn't have been happier because I've already given up when I've passed my due date and don't know what will happen. But thank God, this video helped me. I wish all mothers watching this video a healthy and safe delivery and congratulations in advance!!! 🎉

Tried this at 39 weeks, 4 days. Baby was born May 4, 2024. It worked, water broke after doing this exercise and curb walking for 2 days. Had to be induced. I pushed my body too hard, was rushing myself. So please be careful and patient when doing exercises. This worked for me but be gentle.

I came across this page ,while finding ways to induce labor,i was 39weeks. I did this yoga exercise, took a warm bath, went for a walk. That night, i had light contractions. In the space of 24hrs i had my baby boy. This exercise definitely did its magic

I am so grateful to you. If possible I would like to meet you in person and hug and express my gratitude. I did 10 mins excerises in 37 weeks and this 30 mins excerises for 2 days, 2 times each day and go mild labour pains. In the next 12 hrs met my baby boy through normal delivery. Love from India

My baby girl is 2 weeks now. I started doing these induce labour videos at 39 weeks and 1 days and had my daughter 3 or 4 days after. It’s Crazy because i was reading comments where people were saying they did these workouts and within few days or so they gave birth and I was really hoping that would be me after doing these exercises and it worked within few days I gave birth !!

Just want to say thank you for this amazing workout and making me to trust my body. I was worried that my baby would not come naturally and had to do c-section cause I have no contractions or any sign at all. I did this when I was 39 weeks with 10 mins and 30 mins videos for 3 days and then I had my baby delivered naturally and it was quick too!

This is my second baby and trying for a vbac. Did this beautiful exercise and got my mucus plug out on 39 weeks+5 days. Started having contractions and 5 minutes apart on week 40. As I went to the hospital the contractions became slow and I had to return back. I was 1cm dilated. Did this again today 40 weeks. Let’s see what happens again. Will try miles circuit too. I’m so thankful I came across this video it’s so empowering ❤

@@thembekamchunu8197 gave birth at almost 42 weeks,but the stretches really helped,she was born at 3.3kg. It is my biggest baby. Coz my other babies were 2.2 & 2.4kg but i gave birth naturally without tearing,no stitches. Labour signs started at 2:30 am gave birth at 6:10 am

I enjoyed it from the depth of my heart to the moon. Thanks indeed. STM here with 6 days overdue and your affirmations within this training have been so encouraging to me to build up my confidence and strength again specifically where you repeated I am exactly where I am supposed to be, I trust my body built up for birth, I trust the whole birth process through my body. So lovely. I also couldn’t stop tearing at the end when you pictured the whole pregnancy journey ups and downs and gratitude. gonna repeat this within some few remaining days of my pregnancy journey with the hope of having my spontaneous labor planned for the home (water) birth 🤞❤️ Updated: after eating very spicy 🌶️ food and the second time membrane sweep, I went to labor after 12h and gave birth to my angel as planned in water at home in 3/5h total including less than 10 minutes pushing! Yay! Thanks again for strong and effective affirmation of this exercise helped me build up my strength and confidence 10days overdue! ❤️❤️❤️

I tried these exercises at 40+1 weeks and the next day my cervix was open. I had an normal delivery and the labour lasted for 6 hrs. These exercises were effective for me for delivering a full term baby girl .❤️

This has been an amazing class. I'm 37 + 4 weeks. I have been taking your classes throughout my pregnancy and just love them so much! I'm planning is to do this class every day until baby is ready to welcome the world. I'm striving for a home birth and REALLY want to avoid induction so we can keep it a home birth ❤️ Thank you, Liel so much for all you do! Namaste! ❤️

Good luck i lost my mucus plug this morning after doing yoga exercise but no sign of labour as yet i didnt do any today not feel so well as my hormones are all over the place, the anxiety is crazy but love and light mama❤

36+3 days pregnant today. I haven't started your 10 minute workout or this 30 minute yoga yet but I've been tuning in since Thursday (36 weeks) for the affirmations and practicing the breathing techniques! I'll start to physically do the workouts as soon as I'm 37 weeks 🤗

Hi Liel Cheri new subscriber here 😊 I just did once your Yoga exercise im 37weeks and 4days today and I really dilate faster with the help of taking the stairs and some walking too, Thankyou for this tips. I give birth to my 3rd baby boy and it really helps i gave birth Normal had my CS 18months ago. ❤❤❤

I am Ami from Indonesia, and I am 39w4d today. I have done this for 3 times. I felt regular contraction last night until the dawn. However I lost the feeling in the morning. Now I would like to try it again. Hope that the labor is induced sooner so I can have a normal delivery for my second child. Oya I had c-section with my first, and still try my best to do a normal delivery. But, I have surrendered to God, whatever the way it must be the best for me and my baby.

Currently 38 weeks along with my second pregnancy. I live in the USA and have had issues finding a good yoga routine that involves no extra equipment, and leaves me feeling limber and energized. I've had issues getting this little one to move down into position and happy to say after a session or two little man has finally started to drop. Deffinetly going to be staying with this routine untill little one arrives.

I'm currently 37 weeks with my 3rd daughter, and still high and thick...My midwife said to walk or even try raspberry green leaf tea to help with the dilating process praying this helps a little 🤞🏽💗

This is not paid promotion comment, trust me I did this exercise 36 and 37 week and 38+2 I went for internal check up, and surprise doctor told my cervix got opened and you can join her and I got delivered with in 20 minutes. This exercise will help very well and one more information my cervix in 2nd growth scan is 3.5 , I afraid a lot but this exercise helped me a lot, thank you madam😂

This is meant to be a word of encouragement to all of you who are struggling with letting go of control in the timing of your labor and delivery. I am 40 + 5 with my sixth child. I have gone well past 40 weeks with 4/6 babies so far, and pitocin induction is required as my amniotic fluid runs too low. Fortunately, I have had all vaginal births. With each pregnancy, I have done yoga/pilates nearly every day as well as light cardio and all the natural induction "tricks" out there once I'm full term. My babies still "stay put longer" and my body requires pitocin to get labor going. I feel just as strong and capable of birthing regardless. Ultimately, you can do "all the right things" and you still can't control the timing or labor process. I'll reply if this video does spur on natural labor soon. At the very least, this yoga flow has wonderful poses for stretching and strengthening and positive affirmations about embracing the beauty and wonder of a woman's body being able to grow and birth a baby.

Coincidentally, I did labor and deliver a healthy baby boy at 11 pm that same day. I had a checkup with my OB who determined it was time to encourage him out due to my high blood pressure. Broken waters and a low dose of pitocin made for a straightforward 3.5 labor before delivering in a few pushes. I credit daily yoga/pilates with a very manageable postpartum recovery so far.
