Tip: If you feel more strain in your neck, that means you’re not engaging your core. Really focus on using your ab muscles instead of your neck or back to compensate for the pain or engagement with your abs! Keeping your lower body flat will help. I hope I explained it well lol

。。i stan too many groups Actually i haven't cut out any food groups. I eat every thing in moderation!! yup cake and cookies too. my fav night snack is ice cream. Remember that there are no bad foods for you. what's bad is the excess of anything. Also, sometimes Im using my moms Herbalife products. They are so so SOOO helpful and very tasty. Lmk if you want to try them.

I know no one will likely see this but I just want to say that I’ve been super self conscious of my weight lately as I’ve been on the line between average and overweight and it was hard but recently I’ve started trying to moderate portion sized as well as eat an 80% whole and fiber rich diet. On top of trying to do 2 of Lilly’s workouts a day 6 days a week. (Without repeating any workouts) so that things stay fresh and new and fun. (I’ve also been occasionally going on walks to the gym with my bestie) So far I’ve only done this for almost a week but I’ve already noticed improvements in my body. I haven’t necessarily lost a significant amount of weight just yet. I usually fluctuate between 141 and 138lbs but recently weighed 136. But I’ve noticed that my stomach has become leaner and Lilly’s workouts are becoming easier as I go and I no longer have to take as many breaks. My ab lines believe it or not are just barely barely barely starting to show and it makes a big improvement in my confidence just knowing that I’m taking care of my body. Thank you Lilly and I hope everyone who may read this has an amazing fitness journey and knows they are beautiful no matter what. Good luck and consistency is key! Love you all! ❤️🔥

I wish you the best of luck! I am quite the opposite... Soa year ago I had some stomace fat but it was fine, then I lost like 5kg of fat and I loved my new body, but this got me in some kind of ED (eating dissorder) and I am underweight for my age and height. But I am recovering, slowly but surely!

It's really motivating, plus it gets easier every time I do the workout) day ten : done day eleven : done day twelve : done (I'm so sweaty at the end it's both rewarding and disgusting lmao) day thirteen : done day fourteen : done I HAVE OFFICALLY DONE THE REQUIRED FOURTEEN DAYS ! Trying this out untill i get to my goal weight ! Current weight: 133 lb (Like this comment to remind me!) Day 1: ✅Im a beginner so this was quite hard, I sweat A LOT, and stomach was on fire!! Day 2: ✅Didn’t sweat as much, but stomach was still on fire!! Day 3: ✅slowly getting used to it.. Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day: 8✅haven’t seen much of a difference, but probably because im not dieting and this is the only workout ive been doing. Now for the next half, I’ll be on a small diet, and will be doing more than just this workout. I’ll keep updating !

Another inch gone.. Think i been doing this about 18 days now but started off with her 8 minute ab workouts. Lost 5 inches from my lower abdominal region. Come on ladies. Its hard but the results are phenomenonal. Some days are easier than others. Today was hard for some reason but got through it. Its just 10 mins of ur life!

I'm trying to get slim before an event which is after 15 days so let's see if this works for me! Current waist : 26 inch Day 1 : done✅ Day 2 : done✅ kinda harder than yesterday Day 3 : ❌ accidentally over slept and then I had to hurry up to school so didn't have the time to do it :( Day 4 : ✅ quite easier compared to day 2 Day 5 : ✅ I think I'm getting better at engaging my core Day 6 : ✅ felt kinda bloated today Day 7 : ✅ did this workout along with blackpink inspired pilates Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ✅ I had to take less breaks! Also I danced today so it helped with burning calories Day 10 : ✅ lesser breaks! + dance Day 11 : ❌ didn't have the time unfortunately :( but I did an eleven min full body workout! Day 12 : ❌ didn't do it again I'm so sorry I promise I'll get back on track from tomorrow Day 13 : ✅ Day 14 : ✅ + dance I took no breaks!! Okk starting from today Day 1: definitely feeling burn. It was not easy but not gonna give up easily Day 2: whoa it burns a lot. ***DAILY UPDATES*** I want to start off by saying I have exercise induced asthma, and I find it difficult to feel like I have had a great workout, because I have to stop and reach for my inhaler, and feel totally wiped out. I have yet to feel this way with the videos I have tried. If I can do it, I know you can do it! DAY 1: it burns! I am sweating! But I feel amazing. I just finished her "Lose Fat in 7 days (belly, waist &abs)" video THIS morning, so doing another in the afternoon...🥵🔥! Day 2: not as bad as yesterday, but it is still tough; I am on the verge of sweating, and I am pretty warm. My core is feeling great, though! Day 3: it was tough to complete. My core is burning through almost every movement! (Doing this at 5am probably doesn't help, though) lol Day 4: I am feeling the burn! My abs are on fire! I am starting to see an ab crack at the top of my stomach! It's subtle, but it's there. Day 5: it was slightly easier. I am definitely seeing improvement, and it makes me so excited! Day 6: about the same as yesterday; it isn't quite as hard, but you feel it! Day 7: YAY! Half way there! I am feeling amazing, the workout is slowly getting easier, but it still burns. I lost a 3/4 of an inch around my waist, and a 1/2 inch around my lower belly! And I still have 7 days to go! Day 8: surprisingly, it wasn't that hard to do today. Day 9: getting a bit easier, but I still feel a burn. Day 10: same Day 11: feelin' good Day 12: I feel amazing! Day 13: only one day to go! I am thrilled with my results! Day 14: this has been amazing! I would highly recommend this waist burner!

doing this for 14 days! day 1: ✅ it felt really good today! feeling very motivated day 2: ✅ i was sooooo sore because i havent consistently worked out my abs in awhile day 3: ✅ i did not want to do it today because of yesterday but i pused through and i'm very proud of myself day 4: ✅ TODAY WAS SO GOOD! i didn't use any of the modifications today and the burn felt really good day 5: ✅ i’m going on a trip today but i managed to squeeze it in before i left day 6: ❌ i didn’t have any time today but i went on a 3 hour hike in the mountains so that was the workout for today. i get back early tomorrow so i will definitely be doing it! day 7: ✅ i felt a really good burn today. this is helping me with consistency because i actually get excited to workout now. i still didn't need to use any modifications so i guess missing a day didn't have any effect on me. I wish marked myself at the beginning of the journey but i forgot so ill do it now! end of day 7: 27 in day 8: ✅ today was a little harder and my form definitely wasn't as good but I still got through it. i decided ill do the measurements every other day so ill update tomorrow! day 9: ✅ i was really tired and unmotivated but i made myself get up and do it. whenever my period is about to come i start getting bloated so that has been taking away my motivation because i feel like im not making any progress. im still going to keep doing it and im considering doing it for another 14 days. end of day 9: 27.5 almost 28 (again this is because im bloated) day 10: ✅today was a good day! i definitely feel stronger. before i started doing this workout i did have a small amount of visible abs but i think i can see some coming in (unless im seeing things). i decided after i finish the 14 days i will do another one of her workouts and log my progress on there. can't wait for tomorrow! day 11: ✅wow i really felt it today. i cant believe it has almost been 2 weeks already! end of day 11: 27in day 12: ✅ it was a good day today! i actually went to the doctor today and found out i was 128lbs. i'm almost done with the 2 weeks! ive done this so much that i've memorized the order of the sets! day 13: ✅ it was a little challenging to do it today and i ended up having to do a modification but that is ok because i pushed through and finished it! i'm going to do the measurement tomorrow because its the last day but tbh i'm not expecting much of a change from my last measurement. even if i don't get the results i was hoping for i'm proud of myself for being consisting (except for the one day). achieving your dream goal does take time and not just 14 days so i will be continuing with a different workout! day 14

I’m doing the whole 14 days! Starting waist size is about 28” Day 1: done. Not too hard, I can’t lift myself up very well yet. Day 2: done. It burned, bit too bad though. Day 3: done. Oh my god it burned so bad. Day 4: done. It was easier today :). Day 5: done. I could lift myself better today! Day 6: break day! Day 7: done! was pretty easy. Day 8: done. keeps getting easier. Day 9: done. Day 10: break day Day 11: done. Day 12: done! I can actually feel how much stronger my core is now. Day 13: break day, I just didn't have time to do it. Day 14: done. Results: I only lost like .5” around my waist lol, but I can see that my muscles are a bit more defined and I feel that I’m stronger in my core. Awesome workout!

@@BB-dm1ynyes I actaully have! i’ve been kind of combining this workout with cardio to get a lean stomach, a smaller waist, and maybe some visible abs. i’ve tried this before and literally as long as you stick to it you WILL see the difference. so far, i think i’ve lost an inch or two on my waist and it’s honestly so encouraging to see the results!

Guys! I'm going to be doing this workout every day for a few months and will update daily. So far i have been doing this for about 4 days and see a slight change (nothing to drastic) I'm not gonna be taking measurements because who realllyyy wants to do that, I will let you know if I see a visible difference though ;) Day 5: Have my period :/ I will continue when it's over. Day 6: Period over! Just finished! I am amazed so far with the results :) (I have been drinking a gallon of water a day so that may also be a factor of my weight loss but this workout definitely contributes. Day 7: Just finished! Honestly i do see a bit of a difference. Day 8: Done! Day 9: Had a break. Day 10: Done! Day 11: Done! Day 12: Done! Day 13: Done! Day 14: Done! Day 15: Honestly i see a difference :) Day 16: The line from my muffin top has faded a lot, I'm so happy!

Doing this for 2 weeks... Waist: 67 Lower belly/hips: 89 Day one: It was hurting so much on my neck, really have to work it out. Day two: Still hurts my neck, but I feel really good after doing this. No pain no gain. Day three: I was exausted! I had done an hiit before it, so it was game over for me. Still, i did it! Day four: My neck don't hurt anymore doing the exercises, and I feel so proud noticing that my moves are improving! Day five: I was really busy, so I end up using day five as a rest day. Day six: I did it but I was really exausted by the end of the workout! To be honest with you all, I don't really see any change... Update after one week: Waist: 67 Lower belly: 86

Okay, I’m going to try: Waist: 69 Lower belly: 78/79 Day 1✅ I was dying at the third exercise, but i did it. Day 2✅ It hurt as bad as yesterday Day 3✅ my abs still hurt from yesterday, so it was harder than usual Day 4✅ it was easier than yesterday, but it still burns as hell Day 5✅ it continues to burn, but at least I don't have post workout pain anymore Day 6✅ I did it after eating some chips so I feel a little guilty, however it is starting to get easier Day 7✅ just done, it's really starting to get easier and I'm so proud to be halfway through Waist: 66 Lower belly: 77 I’m so happy cause I am starting to see the first results, I am very motivated and I won’t give up Day 8✅ it’s starting to be easier Day 9✅ I am so proud to have come this far Day 10✅very short time left, i’ll make it! Day 11✅ it still burning, but it's much easier now Day 12✅ done I was not feeling very well, so I stopped for a couple of days

14 days challenge: (also in a calorie deficit💓💓) 1 ✅ I sweat a lot&pain on my neck 2 ✅ I'm seeing differences😍 3 ✅ so much easier. Pain goes away if you do it right! More results✔️ 4✅ was so. Going to be sharing my results and updating😝😽(like if this was helpful and btwI didn't change my diet 💕) Before: Waist - 68 cm (26.7 inches) lower belly area - 73 cm (28.7 inches) Day 1: ✅ didn't burn as much because I wasn't doing them right lol Day 2: ✅ I warmed up a lot before so I definitely felt the burn and did it right this time😭 Day 3: ✅ was easier. I still felt the burn and was doing them right. my neck is going to be strong ash after this😌 Day 4: ✅ done I only took 1 break during flatter kicks so that's improvement🥳 Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ I'm feeling really unmotivated but now my stomach looks flat even after I eat Day 7, Day 8: ✖️ I got really bad cramps and was super bloated so couldn't take accurate measurements and there was no way I was going to workout Day 9: ✅ I did it 3 times to make up for the last 2 days Day 10: ✅ Day 11:✅ Day 12: ✅ my stomach is completely flat now and there is more definition but not hard abs and that's what I want Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ I'm done with the challenge and tbh I'm really proud of myself and the results Results: Waist - 64.8 cm (25 inches) I lost 4 ish cm😌 Lower abs/belly area - 69 cm (27 inches) I lost 4 cm here as well😸 Completely recommend this and don't forget it gets easier!☺️❣️

I've been doing this exercises for 3 days and i actually see a big difference. I couldn't measure myself until yesterday but in one day I lost 3 cms of my lower belly and 1 cm of my waist. I also have to say that I'm improving my eating habits, I don't do any diet but I try to eat more healthy.

Okay I’m gonna start from today. Hopefully I’ll do the whole 14 days in a row. 7/21 (Tuesday) Finished a few minutes ago, good sweat on the upper body, definitely felt my core starting to burn after the first minute. It got my tummy rumbling, that’s for sure😅 7/22 (Wednesday) Not as sweaty as yesterday but I had my a/c on. But the burn was still definitely there. I am not currently sitting on my yoga mat contemplating my life choices🥴. Side note: I’m 15 5’8 145 lbs 7/23 (Thursday) I woke up this morning with pains in my upper back. To prevent furthering the pain, I did not work out on this day. It’s nothing serious, I think I just slept weird. By tomorrow I should be fine. 7/24 (Friday) My back feels much better today. The workout felt worse today, maybe because I didn’t do it yesterday, but sheesh🤕 Side note: my waist measured at 29 inches 7/25 (Saturday) Somehow, it’s getting harder😂 When doing this, it’s important to keep your back as flat as possible to really work your core. Also, I do these later in the day. Around 4pm-6pm I’m not really dieting with this, just trying to keep track of my calories 7/26 (Sunday) I swear, the flutter kicks/heel taps get me every time. I watched “Tammy” whole doing it which made it a whole lot better😂. It somewhat distracts me from the burn in muh belly👍🏾 7/27 (Monday) I’ve been feeling fatigue all day, so I didn’t go 100%. I’m gonna try to start going to bed before 3am😂 7/28 (Tuesday) Ohh I was sweaty today😓 I don’t know what it was but I felt so much better doing it today. I didn’t stop at all, I had spongebob playing to keep me motivated😂 Now Imma chug some water, and hop in the shower, cause sheesh😷🤢 7/29 (Wednesday) Honestly, before I forced myself onto my yoga mat to do this, I planned not to. I was sitting in bed watch “The Real” talk show like “Nahh I don’t feel it” I literally had to force myself to do it😂. But I’m always glad once it’s done. That’s 7 days down, and 7 more to go💪🏾 7/30 (Thursday) On the last exercise, I wavered a bit. But I was good overall 7/31 (Friday) I kept burping during the workout. I think it’s because I didn’t wait long enough after eating lunch. For these last 5 days, I’m going to try and drink more water, and cut my calories 8/3 (Monday) I know I know😭 I missed two days. I don’t know why this keeps happening to me. After week 1 of any workout I just don’t wanna do it anymore. It’s like all the motivation is gone. I’m just gonna have to force myself through this. At this point, the updates are more for me to keep track. I didn’t work hard enough today. I’m gonna do better

THE MOST INTENSE WORKOUT I'VE EVER DONE. i could feel my core I've been doing wrong from months and didn't discover this lady soon but i stayed consistent even though i was doing wrong so im gonna update y'all. I'm doing this workout with her other workouts too. I'm working out 4times per week so fingers cross. DAY 1: ✅ DAY 2:✅(that burn was so satisfying) DAY 3:oppiees i got my periods DAY 4:✅can feel the burn!!!! DAY 5:✅I can see a huge diff already I didn't fit into my old jeans from months and today I tried it and guess now those pants are kinda comfy and loose.

I've started doing 7 of your workouts a day to lose some much needed weight. I'm on day 10 of all if them and i already see a huge difference thank you so much I've struggled to love my body because I've always been bigger than all my friends and in only 13. starting weight 162lbs and finally at 155.8 (not all from these videos) and still going thank you so much❤ . June 24- down to 154.8lbs July 11th down to 154.1 I got discouraged stopped working out and doing my "diet" and gained 2 pounds so I'm back and I've lost the weight and feeling better then ever ❤ October 2nd- 149,7

I'm doing her lose love handles in 14 days, Slimmer inner thighs in 14 days, Lower Abs workout 7 days, Smaller Waist and round hips in 14 days, lose back fat and bra bulge workout, and her 10 days hourglass abs. In no way will all this happen in this ammount of time suggested but trust me u will see a difference :)

So I've been changing my diet for about three weeks now and also did some workouts. But since I only feel exhausted from them and dont feel the burn, I'll just try to do this instead! :) Will keep you guys updated! Day 1: well i didn't quite feel the burn, just exhausted. But I already did one ab workout before (and as I said, I've been doing regulary workouts) flutter kicks will forever be my enemy tho. Cant wait for tmr! Day 2: I did this in the morning and now felt the burn in the upper abs! Also guys, I read that somr of u struggle with ur neck hurting. Tip from me is that u also lift ur shoulders from ur mat, this way it won't hurt that bad! Especially during flutter kicks ;) Day 3: Puh! I really put my heart into this workout today, totally sweating. But reminder guys : it's worth it! Day 4: slowly I'm starting to think I'm doing sth wrong, because I dont feel a burn haha. Lets see if theres a difference after 14 days! Day 5: well well, i just keep sweating in my face hahaha. But today I noticed that i get up for those crunches way easier and faster! Day 6: puhh! I really recommend doing this exercise in the morning or afternoon but never in the evening haha! This way u feel a lot stronger. Also guys keep ur right breathing in mind: inhale when u extend ur body (going down after a crunch and putting ut hands above ut head) and exhale when u comr up! Today I saw my abs more toned, but I also do a three min abs exercise from someone called yuri on ytube twice before this workout and one after! Keep pushing!!! Day7: Again, I really recommend doing this in the morning for more strength! But if you'd like to look very toned in the morning, do this exercise in the evening (but this way it's really exhausting) Day 8: WHOOP WHOOP! Starting second week 😍 really looking forward to this everyday! Did it in the afternoon after hip dips workout, fet super strong today! I did a two days break haha! I focused on mainly cardio these days, went jogging 1h per day (30min in the morning and 30min in the evening). I still did my daily three Min abs workout tho! Adding 1min of plank! Day 9: I definetely feel the burn now, haha! I was still very toned on my break, if anyone wanna know. But I was snacking yesterday I lot, so I didnt had my flat tummy anymore haha. But it's okay, guys. Snacking makes me happy and we should never regret it, if it made us happy! Day 10: ✅ Day 11: puh! Did this 30mins after waking up, definitely felt a burn! Forgot to update the last days, but I did them! Overall: i lost 2cm around the waist 😍 even after my cheat day I still looked very toned on the next day! I also did her lower abs workout (added an day 4) along this one Personally I recommend doing legs/butt workout before doing the abs, if you want to do a whole body workout!

Gonna try this for 14 days and here are day by day results, dont forget to remind be liking or commenting here. And right here i am a 13 year old doing this. I am gonna do killer line 5 min abs at every alternate day as well. And i did not take any special diet. Day by day results: Day 1] ✅️ i had a lot of strain in my neck and it very difficult Day 2]i did killer 11 lines abs of lily Day 3]✅️it was still difficult and i am trusting the process Day 3]i again did killer 11 lines abs of lily Day 5]✅️ so i did it and my neck didnt pain today cause i followed ms. Lilly's advice. I feel my stomach is in actually burning and i did take 2 breaks of 1 min if that counts whatsoever😅. Yes, i did see a little results todayyyyyyy Day 6]killer line ab day and i did it without a break so yes From today only gonna continue this because i feel this is better. You know instincts~ Day 7]done Day 8] I skipped the last 4 exercises today cause i am sleepy... but today morning i did see some changes. @BornConfussed if you feel a strain in your neck try leading with your stomach first rather than your neck. To do this before you come up in a sit up sort of flex your stomach then come up like that with it flexed or you can even try leading with your chest- if it helps try to keep your neck in one position good luck!!🍀

Update to motivate people🙌 Short Back story possible TW- I was always an overweight kid but when I was age 12-13 (2017-2018) I got to a dark place and actually developed an ED and got a little underweight that being said though I wasn’t particularly skinny at all it was only because I went from being always overweight to just under the ‘healthy weight’. After about 1.5 yrs I tried chocolate for the first time again and I quickly turned from barley eating anything to secretly binging in my room and I pretty much put all the weight back on and left me in a even darker place this was feb2020 so I started to lose some weight again and this is where I found Lilly I was just doing some small workouts just which ever ones I was feeling that day and never really stuck to do one workout every single day for however long it it says so, here we are she’s helped me so much gain some more confidence back right now I am in between both of my weights in the past (not a small as I was but not as big as I was but still need to lose some) so now I’m doing this to get some more confidence and lose the rest of the excess fat around the belly where I put it on. I am also doing this with her arm workout (sexy shoulders and arms) and maybe a 5-6minute workout depending on the day. Sorry for the rant ly all and remember stay strong you got this!! Day 1- it was quite hard and wouldn’t say I pushed my self properly Day 2- I woke up and my abs were burning!! It felt great because it gave me motivation (also did a lower belly workout if of Lilly’s) Day 3- It’s getting a lot easier, (not easy tho!) As soon as I started doing it again it started to burn in the same place as yesterday which is good!! Day 4- I haven’t done it yet but I can already see some results!! I’ll update later Day 5- I didn’t do this workout I did the ‘shredded abs and lose belly fat’ workout which was good Day 6- Day 7- Day 8- Day 9- Day 10- Day 11- Day 12- Day 13- Day 14- Results + My opinion

Everything is okay except the thing that I CAN NOT LIFT MYSELF UP! Okay now lets get to my journey. I was going to gym 2 months ago but now there is half lockdown in my country so I'm stuck with home gym. For the couple of weeks I was doing Pamela's, Chloe's and other workout programs but I wasn't full into it. My diet wasn't good. But the last 4 days I'm careful about my diet and I workout everyday for 55 min. First I do dance workout cardio. (African dance workout from kukuwa is amazing. I highly recommend.) after that each 10 min arm, abs and 20 min legs workout by Chloe Ting. Today I start waist workout with Lily and I want to see my result in 14 days. Thank you Lily! Day 1:✅ It was a nice workout but I cant get myself up. I hope once I get stronger I will be able to hold myself up. Day 2:✅ I can say it was much more easy than yesterday but I felt the burn more. I still can't lift myself up tho. But I did regular cruches instead of that moves. Before that I did kukuwa dance workout. Im gonna do an 10 min abs workout as well. Day 3:✅ I did lift myself up just a liiiiiiitle bit lol. IT BURNS Day 4:✖️ I took a day off. I didn't care for my diet so much. Day 5:✖️ I lost my motivation this day. Day 6:✅ I tried to do hiit workout one of Pamela's but it was hard af lol. I only did 5 min of it and I did this. I'm mostly careful about my diet but I can't lose any weight even do I workout but I'm aware that it doesn't about that at all. I gain muscle. I gain fat the last 2 months and they are very stubborn. Sometimes I feel like it does not work but I won't give up. Day 7:✅ I did 15 min dance workout from kukuwa. It was nice and sweaty. I did this workout and be ready guys - - - - - - - - I DID LIFT MYSELF UP only in the first move tho lol. Day 8: Done. I feel like it doesn't work but cuz of me. I have gut issues and I'm using antidepressant pills they makes me super bloated. Day 9:✖️ Day 10:✅ Day 11:✖️ Day 12:✅ Day 13: ✅ I can see I don't have muffin tops anymore. Im so glad I take care of myself again. Day 14: ✅ Im gonna do 4 days more because I didn't do the workout some days. But I can definitely sure it worked and I will continue to do it until I get stronger for more intense workouts. Day 15: ✅ I can say it totally works but I did other workouts as well. Like cardio, leg, hip dips. If you add this in to your program you will probably have result. But don't forget every body is different. If it doesn't work for you try another exercise program. Nothing is wrong. 💕

guys i will be doing this for 30 days and i will update every week. basically i wouldnt say i have full hourglass but you can kinda see the curves on my body already day 1 : ✅ didnt feel any burn around waist but def felt the burn in my core tho day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ woke up this morning and saw that my stomach looked wider??? day 5: ✅ day 6: ❌ stayed up extra late so i couldnt do it day 7: ❌. didnt do it week 1: done, i dont really see any results but ill keep you guys updated day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10:✅ day 11:✅ day 12:✅ day 13:✅ woke up this morning and saw that my waist was so much more defined day 14:✅ today i wore a maxi dress out and my waist was so much more defined but my stomach isnt really flat day 15:✅ day 16:✅

Day 14 results I'm so close to 29"😊 And my abs have reappeared😂 Just to add I had a balanced diet before and I didn't change it through out the 2 weeks, also did other workouts not just this one. Also I took active recovery through out too, 3 days then rest. I will continue this workout and update you if I lose anymore💕 Thank you Lilly for this amazing workout

You might want to look into your diet. I started working out again after several years and I've never had problems getting results but this time I wasn't losing any weight. Then I started really cutting out certain things and I've lost an inch in a week. Some people are out here getting results without changing much if anything in their diet and more power to them, but this time that was not me.

maybe ur just extra chubby?? u cant see results so quick. for some it takes more than a month, some in 2 weeks. depends on ur body type.

I haven’t done the past two days because ive been insanely busy with senior activities and such but im gonna start again today. I would say def start this if you haven’t already because i can feel my core getting stronger. I’ve also been running a couple miles everyday so that could also be what’s making me look a bit better

updating everydaaaaay day 1: finished ✅ i’m so tired and this was REALLY a workout day 2: finished ✅ dude my core ached ALL DAY today and it hurt so much. every time i laughed or sneezed my core tightened and it hurt so badly. day 3: finished ✅ the pain settled a little bit and it doesn’t hurt to laugh or sneeze anymore but the ache is still there! day 4: finished ✅ it doesn’t ache anymore! i do still feel the burn during the workout though. i’ll be posting numbers soon! i do this workout after working out at the gym so if i have a drastic change just keep in mind i also go to the gym for an hour a day too!! day 5: finished ✅ i didn’t do one yesterday because i went on a trip but i will be making that up! day 6: finished ✅

Im so proud who everyone who is doing this. It’s a hard challenge. This is one of the first workouts we’re I felt like crying because I wanted to give up through each workout . But I went through it, I pushed myself. I’m proud of myself. Therefore I’m so proud who ever is doing this workout. Keep on doing it girly, think of the feeling you’re gonna feel when finish that one difficult workout. It’s all worth it (:

Ok so I’m going to try and do this every night till the end of March. Wish me luck ❤️ Day 1✅ Definitely very tough if you’re not frequently working your core out but I still pushed through. Gave myself 5 seconds if it was too tough but always continued ☺️ Day 2 ✅ Pain (or burn) from previous day’s workout was very much prevalent but not only was that the case but the region around my coccyx hurt so anything involving sitting up and the likes hurt. Had to swap the last workout for forearm plank. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Note to self: don’t aim for too many reps, control the movement so that the core can be adequately targeted. This is not a neck workout routine Day 3 ✅ Forgot to log in yesterday but I did the workout. My cat-cows from my morning vinyasa really helped with stretching the abdominal muscles which decreased the effect of the pain from the previous workout. And also my choosing to take time with the workouts instead of rush through them did better help the neck situation. Took a lot of concentration to ensure that my core is what I was using to propel my movements. It was slow but then again - Abs not neck Day 4 ✅ Going strong Day 5 ❌ I choose me so I’m making every day divisible by 5 my rest day because L’Oréal (I’m worth it) 🤡 Day 6 ✅ Hmmmmmm. Felt a bit easy. I’m doing the actual workouts and not the alternatives because exercise isn’t entirely new to me so I’ve accepted the challenge. Today was just surprisingly easier than the other days. Tomorrow I’ll lower my legs during the hundreds. That’ll show me a tough time 🥰. I guess the rest day helped by body recover since that is always important when working out and that recovery has propelled a greater strength/capability. Proud of mah self 😛. Moving on 💪🏾 Day 7 😗 Day 8 ✅ ANYWAYYYYY. Seems my body has reversed a bit because today was a bit challenging. I couldn’t care for the last exercise so I did a forearm plank instead Plank>Sit ups, Plank/Torture Supremacy Day 9 Day 10❌ Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14 Day 15 ❌ Day 16 Day 17 Day 18 Day 19 Day 20❌ Day 21 Day 22 Day 23 Day 24 Day 25❌ Start date: 05/03/22

COMPLETED Day 1: ✅ ahh this burned 🔥 I felt the boba in my stomach moving around 😂 Day 2: ✅ this was tiring 😭 omg Day 3: ✅ the flutter kick/foot tap is the hardest for me Day 4: ✅ yes! I feel good about today’s workout Day 5: ✅ another day down 😅 Day 6: ✅ did this one with my grandma! Day 7: ✅ I’m so tired but a week in :D I’m taking a break since I am not feeling well. Once I am better I will come back to this challenge and complete it!. Start waist: 68cm Start Stomach (measured around belly button): 86cm Day 1 (05/06): done Day 2: skipped, bc I was out but my muscles were pretty sore Day 3: my muscles are still sore, but I did the workout and one of Lily's leg workouts+love handle workout. Alsooo, I can see my stomach muscles better now, I have worked out before but I didn't manage to keep it up, it's been a month since I was actively working out Day 4: done Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: done Day 8: done Day 9: done, I can definitely see my stomach becoming flatter! ok so I did this workout for nearly a week now:) staring feb 2 starting weight: 47kg lower waist: 79 cm upper waist: 74 cm Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: nope (break day) Day 6: ✅ Day 7: Nope (study) Day 8: nope (sis bday) Day 9:✅ So I did this workout with one of her other slim waist workout + chloe 11 lines + chloe hip dips + walk 40 minutes 3 times a week + dance kpop abit + some tiktok waist workout and vacuumm I didn't do any diet but I avoid too much oil and salty food + eat more veggies and fruits + drink lotss of watah So far weight: 46.5 kg lower waist: 76 cm upper waist: 69 cm ok guys today is day 13 and i lost heaps of fat maybe abit too fast I dont know, i think im overworking my body is aching for days and days weight is still 46.5 but my upper waist is 55cm lowe waist is 58cm idk im losing fat so fast, im very happy but im so tired and i seem abit unhealthy i cannot even walk or run properly

trying this workout first for 2 weeks and if i don't see results ill do it until the end of the month (today is the 1st of November) some details: I am 13 years old (female),around 60kg,160cm tall and 32" waist. not on any diet rn :) I also have 2 gymnastics and 2 pe classes a week x day 1 ✅: really felt the burn but i pushed through :) (i always try workouts but i never stay consistent and give up after a few days) my goal is to loose 3-4 inches off my waist and get a flatter stomach 🤍🔥 good luck to everyone else doing this workout day2: ✅ really felt the burn today in my upper stomach 😂 day3+4: ❌ sorry guys i was really busy but ill get back to it tomorrow!!

workout plan 50 minutes - 60 minutes 1, sami clarke : 10 minute ab workout 2, lilly sabri : lose muffin top fat 3, lilly sabri : slimmer legs 4, lilly sabri : lose lower belly fat 5, lilly sabri : get shredded abs 6, lilly sabri : slimmer waist and lower belly fat 7, bailey brown : 5 minutes inner thighs 8, bailey brown : 5 minutes butt workout starting 10th august : day 1 : - dont usually feel the burn / get sore after a workout, so it was fine, while doing the workouts i got sweaty and tired though...kinda hard, but do-able day 2 : - prolly again same as day 1, no noticeable differences but i think im imagining..? the results and thats whats motivating me haha day 3 : - only did the ten minute sami clarke video ( active rest day, i have been working out since almost the beginning of quarantine so yeah, i deserveee this¡ ) day 4 : - so i decided to take out the lilly thigh workout, cuz...yeh idrk y but yk we move, the workout was a little but sore still but getting better day 5 : - i felt a lot more eager to workout and i pushed myself harder, just over 2 weeks left day 6,7,8,9 : - since these were the same i decided not to waste your time day 10 : - i see resultsss!!! i found that ive lost so hopefully imma lose more as we go? day 11,12,13,14,15,16 : - once again just kept repeating myself, so yeh workout is getting easier tho! day 17,18 : - i look and feel sm better, only a couple days leftttt!!!! day 19 : - i had breakfast and my abs are still kinda showing so theres that 😌 day 20 : - aaannnnddddd, im ill. still did it, regret doing it, but no pain no gain :| day 21 : - its the last day so i thought i wld treat myself and only do the first 2- thoughts after : WORTHH ITTTTTTT, srsly even if u only do 10 mins u literally got this and omd bb j keep fighting!! results : lost 3 inches round my waist lost 2.5 inches round my hips lost 1 inch around both thighs gained 1.5 round my butt

I thought I would write it down for the next 14 days to keep track and make me accountable for the workout. I've tried these so many times and never completed them, Wish me luck! Starting: Lower hips are 28 inches. Middle hips are 25 inches. Day One: ✅ It didn't hurt all that bad but it's also the first day. I'm also going to try intermittent fasting as well. Day Two: ✅ finished and I could feel it as I engaged my core more. Feeling positive about this. Day three: ✅ wasn’t as bad as yesterday. Since it’s day three I obviously don’t see any changes. Still excited Day four: ❌ Day five: ✅ I’m going to do another an workout as well and do this one twice. Total of three ab workouts today Day six: ❌

as my top abs got bigger I just stopped doing it and btw if you're a beginner of doing workouts at home or even if sometimes you workout, this ones might be kinda difficult the first 2-3 days but keep going we're going to achieve that summer body!!
