You can always add a little bit bread improver in every recipe to prolong the shelf life of the bread.

Hi lisa sister, i can only understand some simple mandarin, can help to advise for the 2nd proofing, you put into oven with a cup of hot water and spray water on the bread ? You mentioned 30 celcius, so i need to switch on the oven to heat up ? Putting it at 30celcius will it affect the yeast ? After the 2nd proofing, you take out the bread. Then you preheat the oven for baking the bun, at the same time the bun will still continue to proof, correct?

English subtitle is available for most of my videos, please turn on the subtitle setting. 1. The minimum temperature of most ovens is 75 degrees Celsius unless it has the proofing function. If your oven has this function, just turn it on. Otherwise, turn on the minimum temperature for 1-2minutes then turn off, so the temperature inside the oven will reach 30+ degrees Celsius. It's better to have an oven thermometer in the oven. Yeast will get active in a warmer enviroment but will be killed if the temperature is over 55 degrees Celsius. 2. Yes. Take out the dough and start to preheat the oven. The dough will continue to proof at room temperature. So if the room temp is pretty high, be sure to take it out a bit earlier to avoid over-proofing.

@@LisasKitchen thank you so much for the explanation, when i turn on the oven for 1 to 2 minutes, i will put a bowl hot water in the oven ? When i turn it off, i will leave the hot water in the oven ? Thank you for your patience, apologise for my so many questions because i always failed in my baking especially bread making. Another que is i always cannot get windowpane, sometimes i knead so long still cannot get windowpane i stopped kneading becausr i scared to overknead a dough.
