Prime seems like a great company... The 50k miles of TNT is unfortunately going to turn a lot of good potential employees away. It appears that many student who pass the background and begin TNT are leaving because of being in a small box with a stranger for so long. Somebody should crunch the numbers and see if going back to 30k would help recruiting.

I was so bummed out Tanker had nothing in the West SW area. It was the reason I went to Prime. But they moved me to Refrigerator, passed the testing last week. But I decided to do flatbed. I’m still bouncing things around, my plan/goal got smashed🤣 I’ll figure it out, I just want to get the training part done.

isai ocampo yea cause they aren’t going to spend money without knowing you can handle the job. Plus you have no experience trying to jump from one school to another. In order for prime to take you they’d have to buy out your contract from that school. That’s a big gamble for them

Like Ryan said, yes it's done over the winter months primarily out on the road, but we also have a winter driving course available on our simulators. isaiah hollis we don’t have very much tanker freight that goes out west. It’s possible but not common. The tanker division primarily runs in the Midwest and northeast.

IMO I would bet they will be getting them as a fleet. They're still beta testing but my opinion is definitely. I was going to hold off going lease until the final yes on the volvos but I'd say that wont happen for at least 6 months. If you can hold off for a Volvo I think it's a certainty.
