@Mail Fraud I'm sorry, the change from teen to your 20s is a harder change than 20 to 23 imo. I'm actually handling it pretty bad lol. I still dress the same, and feel the same inside, like Im stuck at 17. I can't even let myself grow a beard because it feels like I'm letting go of my teenhood. Ik it's a problem to never grow up, but I hate it so bad. things that help me are having a playlist of music that I used to listen to, or changing the date on my phone to a year I was happier in if I really can't handle it. It helps me see older people differently though, like I try to see the person inside because I'd want someone to do that for me.

Yes, that's true. But good appearance is due also to good behavior, because I've met some elderly people that exercise all the time, but they don't look very good because of their poor diet and use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco. This man obviously has a good diet and pretty good behavior as well. He's very physically fit, and his response time and speech is bright and quick. His muscles and skin are smooth and strong.

I am 57 and do skipping,, jumping, crunches and weight exercises for 2.5 hours. Fighting fit. This man is my role model. When I feel boredom or feel frustrated remember this man. My theory is 'Either you take controlled pain of exercises OR you will have to bear uncontrolled pain of disease. Love your body, exercises is not wastage of time but investment. Investment for younger looking, investment for free from disease and medicines. Investment to enjoy life. So do it.

I'm 63 and gym train 3 X weekly, a mixture of static resistance and bootcamp style cardio all under supervision. I share the same philosophy as Jacito: it's not what you want to become; it's what you want to avoid which is the powerful motivator. Looking good is just a nice side effect.
