Then i bought his cource online and started doing the breathing every single day together with Joe dispenza's meditation. This is amazing. As an MS patient I wanna share my experience with this. I feel like this method literally changed how my mind works, after it immediately elemenated brain fog and filled my body with energy I was a different person. It helped me a lot with fatigue and the list of benefits could go on and on. But something that I still suffer from is polyneuropathic pain/ sciatic pain. It's even preventing me from being able to do cold showers because the pain gets worse by the contracted muscles after being subjected to the cold. Which is all the more frustrating because I absolutely loved how strong the cold made me feel. Still doing the method regularly but the pain is still here and it's literally putting a stop to my life...

@@mechannel7046 Yes, of course, about 4 years ago I suffered from severe depression and anxiety, a typical day for me would be experiencing delusion, paranoia, and quite often suicidal thoughts. I would have multiple panic attacks every day, which is the fight/flight response going crazy characterised by the heart and mind racing and feeling impending doom. To cut a long story short, my life was a real mess at this time, luckily I discovered Wim's breathing method and cold water treatment, I have done it every day since. At that time it certainly saved my life I believe, I learned how to control my body and mind through the breath. @@mechannel7046 I'm glad it is encouraging, this is a method and technology that is open to any person to change their life! As you go you will find what works best for you in terms of what time and how often etc.. but I recommend just for 2 weeks make a commitment to do the breathing as soon as you wake up, and finish each shower just 30 seconds of cold. You will be hooked. Do it every day, do it as often as you need to, it's free after all and takes literally 10 or 15 minutes and it can change your life drastically! See... this right here... I have lupus, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, degenerative disk disease, arthritis, neuropathy, and some more stuff caused by Gulf war Syndrome. I've told people for a few years now that when my family and I spent 11 days in NYC for Christmas and the New Year 2019 I HAD NO PAIN! It was freezing in NYC and especially the boat tours on the water! As a matter of fact, on the first boat tour, my daughter and I didn't wear coats because we kept getting hot walking around with all those layers on and I felt no pain! We walked for HOURS for 11 days and had no pain. We walked about 1 mile from the hotel and I stood 13-14 HOURS waiting for the ball to drop and afterward walked back to the hotel; NO PAIN! I remember I was told to put cold packs on my legs to help with pain; I did it once because I didn't like the cold even though the pain subsided. Looking back on the times I've taken a cold shower in the Florida summer, I would feel sleepy afterward and would go right to sleep. Lol. I am now convinced that COLD is the way to go! I need to get a deep freezer and fill it with ice 😂
