I am proud of you, Kitaro, for not being silenced by the Wim Hof Foundation, and continuing to make content that benefits the world. For free.

The for free part is sort of due to KZbin. I doubt people could be content producers if the money wasn't coming in thanks to KZbin.

Kitaro, you are a teacher of mine in your own right. It takes nothing away from Wim and my other teachers. Thank you for your work.

Mix the following ingredients for access to amazing healing and tibetan monk abilities 1. Morning cold water exposure between 3-5am 2. Intermittent fasting 3. Deep mindful meditation 1 hr plus with a focus on heart mind coherence 4. Kundalini Awakening meditation 5. Finding a spiritual practice that involves service to those suffering more than yourself 6.use acceptance to harmonize the chaotic energies released from the previous 5 steps. If you do this you will become something new.

I love what you're sharing here because I've been practicing this for some time ever since I was a little kid. If we choose adversities that are a bit more difficult than what happened to us randomly and spontaneously in life then it is a bit easier to flow and manage stress in how we either react or respond to situations and the people involved in them. 🙏✨️✨️✨️💖

Thank you for helping me through my mornings every single month. You are so special to so many! ✨

Thank you. One of the big strength of the WH method is that it’s as SIMPLE as powerful. Even if what you try to give us seems to be very interesting, it’s seems very complicate and confusing for me … I hope that I’ll find the time to watch the video a second time, but at the first listening, I’m lost (unfortunately, I’m French speaker and my English is far from perfect)…

Thanks for the great content....this is worth watching again, to absorb all your info. I'll be checking out your 15 day course. Been doing WH breathing daily along w/ cold finish shower for about 5 years now. Definitely plateaued but I'm 64 so not sure how much further I'm looking to go....I'll let you show me new techniques and go from there.

It’s great to understand the breakdown of this, thank you, you are an inspiration ❤

Fantastic breakdown. You really show the depths ( or heights ) which one may delve into a practice. Plateauing is a tough one as life's challenges can get in the way of remaining on top of practices. Thanks for your insight !

Hi 👋 thanks for the video. Quick question: do you do the Tummo breath/Wim Hof breath by breathing in through your nose and out of the mouth, or do you do the inhale and exhale through the mouth as Wim Hof has shown? I've been doing it ~3 hours before bed to help drop my heart rate lower as I sleep. Though I don't necessarily sleep great, my heart rate drops quite low, which is good. Anyway, thanks for any feedback!
@KitaroWaga14 сағат бұрын
I inhale through the nose. There are rare cases where I inhale through the mouth. I wouldn't recommend the WHM in the evening. Try coherence breathing instead. I have a free 15-day breathwork course where I guide you through different breathing techniques.

@KitaroWaga Thanks ✌️ Yes, I agree WHM isn't great in the evening, but it seems to be working for lowering my HR when I finally do goto sleep. I'll check out Coherence Breathing 👍
