@3:21 #LondonKiLali Yes Kala Namak (Black Salt/Himalayan rock salt) is Gulabi (Pinkish) in colour. But maybe because in raw form in big chunks it looks dark in colour and only in powdered form it gives Pinkish colour Or if we put it in some food and drinks particularly in acidic items (like Curd(yoghurt) and Nimbu Pani (Lemonade) most commonly used in India with Kala Namak) it turns into Black in colour probably that's how it got that name. But is better to use Black salt in your diet than table salt as Black salt contains many other minerals in the form of salts as compared to sea salt. like Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, calcium, Carbonate, Sulphate etc. So black salt is better for Digestion and immunity-boosting minerals particularly for summer weather when our body loses excessive minerals via sweat.
