I don’t know if you’ve ever done a proper squat workout for strength. It's 6 sets and at least 75% of your max weight. If you use proper form and a$$ to grass you will be winded and need a lot of rest in between sets. It takes time. Repeat it for deadlift and it can easily take an hour. Being on the phone while you’re resting is nobody’s business. A solution to the problem would be if he let him have the space while he was resting. It's what I always ask because I like to take my time with squatting/ deadlift training, but I also understand that the time it takes me to do that is the time it takes someone to finish their entire workout.

Nothing amazing but no slouch and I would mind my own. But when going out to bars to shoot pool(I didn't drink) I noticed the bigger I got the more dudes would try to start something or pick a fight for pretty much no reason. One particular time I asked a guy if he was using the pool table because he was leaning on it and it had no balls on the table, he said no I replied "ok cool" I put my money in racked the balls and he just kinda walked away over to his friends. I broke and started playing and after a few shots he walked up and asked me to step outside, confused I said umm for what? His reply was I disrespected him and he wanted to fight because "I had the chest for it" Then offered to buy me a beer and after I told him I don't drink he then doubled down on me fighting him outside because I disrespected him again for refusing his bud light. The guy was a little taller and maybe had 30lbs on me. After I refused and just kept shooting pool he moved on to the next guy he could find and it started all over.

Axl, calling Cobain and his wife Courtney Love “fucking junkies” and suggesting they should go to prison if their newborn daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, was born with birth defects. According to eyewitness accounts, including Danny Goldberg, a music industry executive who witnessed the incident, the argument escalated when his wife taunted Rose, asking him to be the godfather to their child. Rose exploded, telling Cobain, “Shut your bitch up or I’ll knock her to the pavement.” Cobain, unfazed, retorted, “Shut up, bitch...” Axl walked away in frustration ~ There are several ways to deal with confrontation that don't lead to physical escalation, and some of them are quite humiliating to to the instigator as well

Guy clearly said he doesnt want to be weighed. The idiots insisted and got in his face "why you not want to get weighed" "whats the big deal" "were just asking you to be weighed by us" Thats assault. The body guard did his job. They got lucky The victim could have pressed charges.

3:16 The tattooed guy was in the right here. The guys harassing him were in the wrong. He told them multiple times that he's not interested and asked them to leave, but they kept harassing him.

I honestly don't know why some gyms allow all this filming stuff , It just creates problems . Glad I have a home gym. I'd be walking through cameras all the time . Everybody pays the same dues right ?

This happened to us once at gym. We (my wife and I) got there around 8am and the place was empty. It was a leg day for us. We do many exercises using the squat rack. The guy came in and asked us. We told him he can work in with us or wait because we will take a while. The guy came back 1/2 hour later and start screaming at me.

@Sikorsky1111Ай бұрын
@@Abocus404 It isnt a quote from a Liam Neeson movie(atleast not that I know of), but I refer to that scene from the Taken movie where he's on the phone with the guy telling him he will find him, they see themselves as Liam Neeson in that scene and believe themselves capable of such.

Many buff gym bros who are also on the juice usually have issues with women, they can't get any and need to act tough and build even more mass. I used to know many of them. One of my friends used be around 240 lbs and take stuff, he was a bouncer. Once he got a girl though he trimmed down a lot and looked even better because he got off the juice and became much more relaxed.

Typical response for people who don’t know how to fight is to try to think of themselves as in super aggressive when when they get into a real physical altercation with someone who’s really about that, they fold

The guy screaming at the deadlift guy a minute in was wrong for yelling. But alot of deadlifters at my gym be sitting on their phones or yapping to other people and wasting time. So I feel the yelling guys pain.

I never go to the gym. But if people are as rude and inconsiderate as they are in almost every other setting, I can see why it can lead to confrontation in a testosterone fuelled environment.
@ciarancosgrave28 күн бұрын
I completely understand the guy getting frustrated with the guy monopolizing a deadlift platform for an hour and spending most of his time on his phone. You have to understand that a gym is a shared space that other people have paid for and want to use. As far as I'm concerned, you are well with in your rights to take someone to task for hogging a piece of equipment or area of the gym that is in high demand while spending most of your time staring at their phone. That's very inconsiderate and should not be tolerated.
