The key is not rushing the diet. Be in a slight slight deficit. 400 calories tops. 12 thousand steps a day will turn you into a fat burning machine. Think of weight loss like building wealth slow and sustainable is best. The slower you lose weight the more sustainable it will be you’ll hold onto more muscle and your mood and energy will be better in the gym and you won’t crash out and rebuilding and binge. You have to go against logic when it comes to getting shredded your mind instantly goes to cutting calories right away but the key is to do it slowly and that’s where the magic happens. Like anything is like the key is sustainability . Save 400-600 calories at night to have desert and it will be easier to stick to the diet.

The notion of a flawless marriage or relationship is a myth. There's no set formula for success; what works for one couple may not work for another. Yet, I've discovered that there's always a way forward, even in the most challenging times. Five years ago, my wife and I encountered significant hurdles in our marriage that nearly led to divorce. Despite the adversity, we managed to weather the storm and emerge from it with our bond renewed and revitalized

I found that fasting with a small meal at the end of the day on rest days was absolutely amazing for fat loss

The idea of just getting a deli meat package and eating cottage cheese is brilliant. Been doing that since watching your video. Although I did switch out cottage cheese for Greek yogurt. Eating a pound and a half of food makes it easy to get through the day. Since it’s really mostly protein I don’t get a post meal crash even though I am stuffed. Eat a decent dinner and a protein shake and I can run a solid calorie deficit with not a lot of issues. Helped me get past my plateau after losing 20lb while back.

As I have gotten older, my metabolism has slowed down compared to how it was in my teens and early twenties. It's still insane that I literally don't have to track anything or do anything, and I'll still lose weight. Maybe because I mainly eat brown rice with chicken and vegetables every day. It's a blessing, but at the same time it's annoying since if I don't maintain my normal meals and go to the gym, I'll lose weight and muscle mass. On the other side though, as I've gotten older, I will start to notice a higher body fat percentage if I decide to eat junk food (fast food, pizza, etc.) with out moderation. That however can be pretty easy for me to lose in a couple of days.

How’re we gonna convince Casey he doesn’t actually wanna lose 20lbs before he actually does it😂
@michelehellmann29182 ай бұрын
Yep. Make that chicken into a soup with a bit of carrot and u increase volume and nutrients even more. There will prob be leftovers to the next day. Maybe choose in bone to increase collagen. Vit a to make skin glow. Ymmv

Casey - reverse osmosis water is good but you need to add minerals back through trace mineral drops. Drinking plain reverse osmosis water will do nothing for you and will strip you of electrolytes. You should look into this as the electrolyte imbalance may have been the cause of your stroke symptoms the other night.
@LarpCapitall2 ай бұрын
some reverse osmosis filters have a remineralizing process, but not sure if his has that.

“Prioritize protein.” But one thing I noticed when I cut carbs is my workouts suuuucked. Now I eat carbs strategically near my workouts and burn it off there

A lot of times in video you say 'losing weight' while you mean 'losing fat' right? You obv cant track weight on the daily like this - it all depends on your sodium intake/ waterweight/ potassium levels, right?

No. Cal reduction will slow your metabolism. Go carnivore and do 48 hour fast once a week
@LarpCapitall2 ай бұрын
yeah keto and carnivore is a good approach. A lot of dieters get hungry all the time because they spike their insulin with carbs that aren’t filling. Even “good”carbs will keep that craving there.

Doesn't understand the word logistics properly, needs a dictionary. 😁 And skill has to be developed, experience helps, a lot of trial and error even, a hard slog really. Zander's skill comes form sales and marketing really, not much else though, all appearances and cheap pyschological tricks, all sales people are like that.
