Guys! I did this workout and it was definitely hard and had me sweating 😅 A suggestion for beginners like me though. Don’t feel pressured to go as fast as Mizi with these moves. It’s more important to make sure you’re engaging your core even if you have to go slower. ♥️

이운동 진짜 효과좋아요! 일주일내내해보세요 온몸에 라인과 힘이생기구요 운동순서들도 너무 잘짜여져있어 힘들어도 집중해서 40분 하다보면 전체근력유산소가되면서 땀이 엄청나요. 원래 댓글 거의 안남기는데..mizi님꺼 제작년부터보다가 중간에 하다말다하다말다 하다가 이루틴보고 한번해봤는데 효과봤어요~ 좋은영상 항상 감사합니다!

You can do this workout whenever you like. So evening is fine. Make sure to stay in a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight. Make sure to eat a lot of vegetables and enough protein. But don’t restrict anything

Exercise doesn’t matter what time you do it. I vary myself, as long as you do the full 40 minutes and sweat… consider yourself you’ve done the job properly. Another thing… if you continuously do it for 10 days example, you will see some results. Don’t just do 3 days then continuously taking breaks or skipping it 😅it’s pure solid dedication with weight lose 😂I noticed that through the months and years I’ve been exercising

currently my waist size is 36 and my goal is 30-32 .........will update the progress till I reach my goal Day 1 ✅ after 20 minutes I thought of giving up but completed the workout ..... @@mariya2361 Привіт. Ну з Богом та дієтою( відмова від солодощів та фруктів через деяку хворобу, але все інше я їм) я скинула за рік 25 кг. Займаюсь трохи іншими вправами, але цієї Пані. ( Здається там вона в рижих шортах, а назва щось там з каріо). Дуже подобається. І моїм колінам теж, майже не болять та не рипять, як старі двері.

day 1- feeling breathless and sweating in cold weather couldn't perform some exercise but i guess its okay.hope to be consistent for 7 days Day 2-couldn't do it whole day started at 11:54pm and did it till 24:05.will try to do it twice tomorrow Day 3- had a really tiring and busy day did nothing 😢breaked the streaks
