I followed this workout all the way through and burned 500+! That's a new goal. Plus, since this is a 7 day challenge, I shall try to do it for 7 days! Needless to say this is the first workout my legs felt like jelly, and my arms were trying to give out on me when I needed them. Thank you so much, I feel so refreshed!

Found you by accident and immediately tried your exercise because it looks doable. Managed to follow till the 20th minute. hey MIZI :) So I'm doing your workouts for 3-4 month now (I actually started working out with another channel who's good too and then I came across one of your videos by accident) , and honestly it feels good! I just want to keep track of my results. Decided to make an experiment and to check how effective this workout will be. I've been using this workout for 3 days now and already lost 4 cm But keep doing 1.☑️ Started with 70cm 2.☑️ 3.☑️ The waist is 66cm now 4.☑️ 5.☑️ 6.☑️ 7.☑️ Finished with 65cm 😊 I've took this workout as a challenge and already finished it 😹✌🏻 In a week my waist got 5 cm smaller!!! Been doing this only until 25 min with 2 rests , sometime 3 rests in the middle .I don't count cal but I eat 2 meal a day , end my day with pine -apple or berry or salad as my dinner as much as I can but I cannot do everyday cuz of my social life - I forgot to measure my waist on day 1tho Day 1 - feel good ,my side waist area feel burn , muscles aches , 72.55 kg Day 2 - the muscles aches continue Day 3 - not really feel the muscle ache anymore , feel light and kind of used to be with exercise Day 4 - I don:t feel the muscle aches anymore so I was doubt if my waist are not burn anymore? I hope not lol -waist 90.1 / 72.3 kg/159cm Day 5 - I didn't do this one but I did the 10 min belly fat workout by mizi, no more muscles ache Day 6 - I don:t like to do same thing eveyrday so I did the 15 min, no jumping workout from this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/apm7fHicr7CMmrcsi=eqOHnbTg8RLYYKuf , My weight in the morning was 71.45 Day 7 - I did the same work out as day 6 , since there are lot of squats my thigh muscles are in pain , in the morning just after waking up , I measured myself and it was 71.05 , walked over 7000 steps less than 8000 I rest for 4 days cuz I caught cold and sick 🤒 but I do walk at least 5000 steps everyday , I still have runny nose but I decided to workout even a little . Come back as Day 8 -
