My mom says no but if u want u can drink a little amount but it should not be cold water it should be normal or a little hot

I am inspired by Cult fit and especially Ms. Suvini! what an engaging trainer, very motivating, and keeps workout enjoyable. These set of belly exercises parts 1 and 2 were pretty intense but indeed doable with the help of Cult fit. Thank you so much! You guys are a blessing! Keep it up you guys!

Thanks mam alot ... Day 1 : 53 kg and target weight : 47 I'm soo fat as an 11 year old. People call me with names to tease me. I feel so humiliated and sad. I went into depression also. But from now I'll show the other people that I can also be slim and fit. And I'll make documentary of my workout. And after I reach 47 kgs I will again loose 5 to 6 kgs...

Part 1 done, part 2 started. Need just a trainer like you. Smiling throughout the video, very motivating. Best for working women who hardly get any time for their fitness. It actually works and you just need hardly 15 minutes. Very beneficial, can actually see the results along with a healthy diet. 😊
