I tryed this and immediately know that doing this consistently over time will 100% get results....my abdomen muscles are still burning after less than a minute..I feel it!

I love that I can do this from my office chair. My belly carries alot of weight so I struggle with raising my legs but will put this in my weekly routine to measure my improvements!

Yayyy..on my list for tomorrow... Just wanted to let u know that I have been doing the knee work out consistently...yes ..my knees are getting better & better with my doctor ' s advice too.. - the 5 minute plank is magic...I just love...I have shortened the rest time as u have suggested in the video...I am so happy...thank you..& stay blessed 😊

65 and obesely overweight. I started with the Stretch video and then moved to this one. I was able to participate in all but one exercise and I marched through that one. I also do the wall push & knee raising exercise. I plan to do this 4 times this week, 5 times next week, etc. until I am doing these exercises every day.

Schellea, I am almost 76 years old, have just lost 25 pounds in about 25 weeks and needed an easy workout for the belly fat. Yours is the first I see that doesn't ramble on and do all that deep breathing stuff, which I don't like. I am going to try this and after reading the comments I feel that this is exactly what I need. Thank you for not being a 19 year old stick person telling us Seniors what is good for us. Rock on girl !!!!!!!!!!

I think that I feel my abs working more effectively by being seated than by lying on the floor. This is very effective because you are working against gravity by having to pull your legs up. My abs were on fire doing this amazing workout.🔥🔥🔥

I've had 7 spine surgeries , 2 new hips a new shoulder and awaiting for both knees to be replaced . I have to say I really enjoyed these exercise as they were not too hard . Thank you !

Wow love this work out. I am 42 y.o. and am just starting to work out again after giving it up 3 years ago and this made me sweat. I love your realism and that you make no fake promises like the B.S. 7 day promise a lot of young influencers make. I definitely felt it in my abs after words shoot toward the end of the video I was using those 15 seconds to rest instead of walking because i needed to breathe. 😅

Hi Schellea! I love your workouts on the chair! I am 80 years old, still playing tennis and trying to stay active; just not as agile as I used to be. I would love it if you would number your workouts; sometimes I can’t tell just by looking the at pictures if I’ve already done them. I like to mix them up every morning. Broke my ankle about 7 months ago and need to get moving more. I've done a couple workouts, and so far, so good with minimal stress on the ankle--I think this will help me to get things going again.

Whew it's been horrible for me all of 2023 I don't ever want to remember ever again and as a result my body is so broken. Today I took that first step to try and repair it and get my power, strength, and flexibility back. Thanks for this video. Great little workout --thank you! Through the "worst" of it, or when it's at its most difficult, I find it very helpful to exhale slowly through my mouth. I do this too by the way through pain. 🥲❤️

Thanks so much for this video! As a souvenir from chemo, I have peripheral neuropathy in both legs, from knees to tip-toes. Standing/walking workouts are difficult & painful for me to complete. I also like how you incorporated brisk movement between each exercise. That got my heart pumping! This video has been added to my favorites.

I am 60 years old and have been doing your workouts for a few years now. I would like to know if you have a workout that would specifically help with degenerative lumbar spine issues. Currently, to alleviate my mild back pain, I incorporate your back exercises, some of your abs exercises, and hip exercises into my routine. However, I would greatly appreciate having a workout tailored specifically to address degenerative spinal conditions, which are common as we age. Thank you so much for your videos.
