It's Coach Gaby here with my favorite core workout that will have you saying goodbye to your love handles!

Today’s workout is Lose Love Handles & Belly Fat - Standing Workout for all of you out there looking to tighten your core and slim down your figure with a quick and easy workout you can do at home anytime you want!⁣⁣ 💪💪💪

This workout is great for those of you looking for something effective you can do anytime on a busy schedule.

Holy Moly Gabby! I am breathing hard but finished all 3 rounds. I kept my core tight and could really feel my abs working especially when you use your abs to bring your legs up instead of taking your hand to your feet….hard workout for me but I stayed consistent and used proper form and finished !!! Thanks for waking me up this morning 😅❤

Love this workout. Triceps and belly fat are the hardest areas. Always enjoy having workouts that work those areas.

Presently recovering from rotator cuff repair. But I watched you do all 3 sets, can't wait until I can add them to my existing exercise routine. That looks like if I put the work in, results will definitely follow. Loved the video. 8/2/24😊
