I’ve been doing these on the beach and my grandkids think it’s hysterical! My 8 year old granddaughter is a gymnast so she planks with me!😂

Thank You Greg #sveltechallenges I really appreciate the seated exercises, there is a differnt dynamic, being seated, its almost a little more difficult than standing especially the bicycle crunches A nice belly burner for sure Moving With Intention MuchLove ❣️🇿🇦

#6 accomplished today! I was pretty excited today's video was chair exercises. I didn't get my walk in today, just too many things to get accomplished today, but tomorrow is a new day, with new opportunities. I spent a lot of time mowing the yard today. It was threatening to rain all day. I started mowing again after picking up the kids from VBS and when I was down to the very last few rows I felt a drop of rain, so I knew I didn't have much time. I got finished and got inside and it started raining. And I thanked God for holding the rain until I got finished. Jesus is rocking awesome! God bless and keep you and yours always coach Greg and Mere. Sleep well and pleasant dreams! 🙂

I can't wait to get started on this 10 day challenge! Unfortunately I was in hospital when it started and now have to wait for wounds to heal before starting these. Loving these work outs. Would love to see leg workouts for calf, thighs and buttocks. Also flabby arm work outs. I am 56 I have really noticed I need to work on my arms. All you need is 10 min a day and you get results!😊

I have really bad osteoarthritis and fybromylgia. I can't exercise like I used to. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, but those days of doing kicks, jumps and hard punches are over. These exercises have really helped me. Even though there are days that I'm in excruciating pain I just keep going. Thanks for sharing these videos.

I love it too be seated on a chair aan work up a sweat. It is a bit less intensive than standing out planking but still raakt geld like a workout. Thank you coach Greg
